Come and recharge your batteries with family, friends or telework in the calm of La Maison Bleue.<br>This contemporary house is spacious and comfortable, with its 3 separate sleeping areas, each with 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.<br>Everything is thought out for your relaxation and well-being: from the billiards/table football/table tennis, to the balcony/terrace area, and to the large kitchen open to the room heated by the wood stove, not to mention the balneotherapy equipment (sauna & spa), and the private swimming pool!<br><br>Luxury villa of 250m², independent and located in a quiet and peaceful area, La Maison Bleue welcomes you all year round for a weekend, a week or more in the heart of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel.<br><br>It is located 5 minutes from Avranches, 20 minutes from the beaches of Jullouville and Carolles, and 30 minutes from Granville.<br>Being 5 minutes from the A84, it is located 25 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel, 55 minutes from Cancale, Dinard and Saint-Malo, and 1h20 from the D-Day landing beaches (Omaha beach, Utah beach).<br><br>The house is made up of 3 sleeping areas: the first floor - the playroom floor - the sauna floor. The mezzanine is located on the sauna floor, there is only one bedroom and 1 bathroom on this floor, which makes it a separate area of the house.<br>Each sleeping area has a bathroom and toilet, both of which are independent.<br><br>Regarding the bedrooms, the house has 5 bedrooms + 1 mezzanine, for 11 beds in total:<br>Bedroom 1 (upstairs games room): 1 double bed 160<br>Bedroom 2 (SDJ floor): 1 double bed 160 + 1 single bed<br>Bedroom 3 (first floor): 1 double bed 160<br>Bedroom 4 (first floor): 3 single beds<br>Bedroom 5 (sauna floor): 1 double bed 140 + 2 single beds<br>Mezzanine (sauna floor, overlooks bedroom 5 and 1 bathroom): 1 single bed.<br><br>Bed linen and towels are extra, (payment on arrival) up to:<br>€11/single bed;<br>€17/double bed;<br>7€/person for towels.<br><br>La Maison Bleue is an independent house, with a garden of about 500m², and a private entrance. You have access to the entire accommodation.<br><br>The swimming pool is heated to 25°C and accessible from May to September. It is closed and not accessible from October to April.<br>The pool is secured by a 3-point safety handle.<br><br>The sauna and spa are accessible without time restrictions or time constraints.<br>The hot tub cover must be closed after each use for your safety and to maintain the temperature of the spa.<br><br>The courtyard side facing the street is not fenced, and can park up to 6 cars.<br><br>The garden side is fenced.
