The high walls of the garden guarantee tranquility and privacy and will protect you from the winds that often blow in Brittany. The sunbed poufs invite you to relax in the shade of the palm tree. A trendy Scandinavian decoration brings a modern and cozy touch to the living room while a shabby chic style has been chosen on the 1st floor of the house which houses two huge bedrooms equipped with a 160 cm bed and a 140 cm bed. The bedding and linen are new and of high quality. The very bright top floor is decorated with a marine décor and has a bedroom with two single beds. The windows and velux windows equipped with electric blinds offer a view of the roofs of Guilvinec and the church tower. On the same landing, a TV room and a sofa bed. Please note: the number of seats provided in the dining areas and the presence of a single bathroom do not make it possible to accommodate two additional people. The garage does not accommodate vehicles. However, free parking is possible on the street, just in front of the house and in the parking lot of the church located about thirty meters away. This garage can be used to store bicycles, windsurfers, kite surfing, strollers etc. It includes a laundry area (sink, washing machine and dryer). Adjoining the kitchen, its practical and easy access from the street allows you to get rid of it before entering the house. Our animal friends are welcome under certain conditions. The area: The house is ideally located: - in a quiet residential street, in the heart of Guilvinec, a few steps from an excellent bakery, the small Utile supermarket, shopping streets where one of the largest and most famous markets in the region takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays. - a few minutes walk from the house to reach the first artisanal fishing port in Finistère. Don't miss the return of the trawlers and the visit to the fishing city: Haliotika! Everything is done on foot because everything is so close! The best pizzeria in the region, the crêperie, the kebab with such generous portions and such a nice owner, the bakery so well stocked, the pancakes and kouigns of Melen etc. Miscellaneous information: Possibility to drop off your luggage on the day of your arrival (from 2 pm): free.
