Settle in for a while at this relaxing condo with a furnished balcony and a view of the shared pool. Here you can prepare anything from quick snacks to full-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen, dine together at the nearby counter and table with bench seating, and then meet up for movie nights in the sunlit living area complete with a cable and streaming capable, flatscreen TV. On-site, guests will enjoy a host of resort-style amenities including a refreshing pool, pool spa, and tennis courts, as well as access to first-come/first-served marina slots for your boat.

Spend time unwinding by the pool, or enjoy fishing from your very own 750 foot private pier! Have a boat? Bring it! There is free boat parking available, as well as your own private boat launch to the bay.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Pool was clean and spacious. Condo was clean and well decorated. Air conditioning functioned well. Wi-Fi worked great. Had appropriate kitchen ware. Linens were clean. Plenty of parking. Short walk to the fishing pier.

Rockport trip 2025 - the property offered everything we needed, such as, pier access, clean pool , pet approved, with excellent rates !!! Our family really appreciated the quietness of the community. Additionally, the customer service provided by property management was top-notch, allotting an early check- and a late check- out . The condo was clean and stocked with more than enough toiletries and liens.

Grandparents Weekend

We brought our grandchildren for a weekend get away and enjoyed the pool and the short drive to the beach. The board games and cards in the condo were a hit with the kids.

Family trip

Only reason some reviews received 4 was it was dark. the stair lights were very dim. You couldn’t see the steps. I did report it as soon as we checked in. Hope they get it fixed for safety. As for the condo it was nice. we will return. We enjoy the easy access to the fishing dock.

Good But Not Great

The condos overall are starting to show their age, and the community pool is needing a major facelift. We have been coming here since I was born (42 years) when my grandparents owned a condo here. We still all meet for our family reunion every summer, there are about 65 of us total, each family rents its own condo and we all gather at the pool. Every year. It just isn’t being well-maintained. But our condo itself was nice, nothing fancy but gets the job done. I felt it was clean. We have food allergies so we cook a LOT while there, and the kitchen could use a little nicer cooking pans and dishes, but that is being picky. Overall it was nice.

Great stay overall.

We loved the view from the patio, beautiful oaks and short walk to the pier. If watching tv is important to you, we spent about 1.5 hours just trying to get it connected to the internet. You have to be subscribed to Netflix, Amazon, etc. to watch any of that. We never figured out how to watch cable. The bed in the primary bedroom was really noisy, not so great for those who toss and turn or get up a lot at night.

Great location

We would have given it a 5 star. But we were given the wrong check in code. Took over n hour for someone to help us? Tried so many numbers and no one could help us?? Very frustrating start. But ended up okay. Code’s should be Verdot something!

Weekend at RRYC

Nice home. Good location. Clean, but very simple amenities. Was satisfactory for our needs. We were told that we would receive a code to a locked gate from the HOA that would allow us to go out onto the pier. We never received this information. One member of our party really wanted to walk out there, so I reached out two times and never got a response. Just sharing in case someone expects to be able to fish off of the pier.

I’m a 250 lbs guy and was restricted to seating in the middle of couch our the big bench in kitchen everything else wobbles didn’t want to hurt myself. House is very nice and cozy, was a rainy cold weekend the plus was the cable. Great fishing pier too. Bed mattress are great!. Vacasa needs better customer service ,needed codes to get in gate , pier ,pool area put me on hold for about hour. Thanks to a home owner he gave me his. All in all good little condo

Fishing trip

Overall great weekend and snagged a big drum off the pier. Checking took a bit to get in as the codes provided didnt work. I also had to get a code to get into the pier from another resident there as what was provided didnt work either. The double beds are very comfortable but the one in the main room was too soft. The TVs are big but no washer and dryer in condo. I had rented two places so at least the other place had where i could wash. Again great stay and would stay again.

Unusable Bedroom

Very clean condo with well-stocked kitchen.The fishing pier is great. The two queen beds in one bedroom are very comfortable beds as you would expect. The queen bed in the other bedroom is literally a nightmare. Until it is replaced (which I hope has already been done), don’t plan to use it except for perhaps a small child who could sleep in the sunken-in middle of the bed. Disappointing to have rented a condo from Vacasa who should have known this could not reasonably have been used as a 2 bedroom.

No bed to sleep

This property was clean was nice my only complaint was they need to update their beds I spent two nights in the room with no bed had to sleep on the floor did not fit on the couch was very uncomfortable whole weekend only had about 4 to 5 hours of sleep maybe because the bed broke they sent someone out to fix it and put on there invoice that as soon as we left the bed needed to be replaced I asked if we can be moved to another unit there was none available.I tried to speak with Mangement but only spoke to answering personal still waiting to hear back from them. Other then me not having a bed sleep overall the house was great fishing great pool great kids loved it

Rockport weekend stay

Absolutely loved the size and location of the condo. It was well outfitted with bedroom linens,bathroom linens, all the kitchen gadgets needed for home-cooked meals and we loved the fishing pier(lighted and ample room to drop a line end enjoy night fishing)

Rockport review

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was clear it is owned by a larger management company as communication was difficult and very automated. Would have appreciated more personalized communication/people able to answer questions while we were there. The TV did not work, which normally wouldn’t matter but it was rainy all weekend. Overall we would stay again but just manage expectations around the communication and property management.

Lovely Rockport Getaway!

Our family of 5 stayed here for a long weekend (2 adults, 3 kids - 7,5,3 years old) and we had an absolute blast. My husband loves fishing and he was able to have some consistent catching off the private pier that is less than a 5 minute walk from the Condo. Our kids love the beach and it's less than a 10 minute drive from the Condo to the Rockport beach park - we went there 3 times! There are tons of restaurants in Rockport, so we ate out twice and then cooked at the Condo a few nights. Plenty of kitchen utensils and a convenient HEB and Walmart less than a 10 minute drive. Will be staying here again in the future!

Floor was sticky and sandy didn’t notice till I took off shoes

Place was nice and had a good time. Would have loved to stay longer. Check in was Late 4pm and check out was very early 10am.
