A Destin gem on Holiday Isle in Sandpiper Cove! Queen bed and queen sleeper sofa, washer and dryer, full bathroom with glass walk-in shower, full-sized kitchen, 55" smart TV.
You won't find anything this close to the emerald jewel waters at this price!
This condo overlooks one of the 5 pools on site and is just steps from the larger heated pool and 3 hot tubs on property. Walk 50 ft. to Rick's Sand Trap Bar and Grill where you can grab a pina colada before stepping onto the sugar white sand! Sandpiper Cove has 1100 ft deeded access beachfront w/ seasonal beach chair/umbrella rental service, 5 pools, 6 tennis courts, canal boat docking with marina slips by reservation & space availability, bocci ball, shuffleboard, fine dining at the on-site Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant, and a 9 hole par 3 pitch and putt golf course. All this within walking distance to numerous additional restaurants, grocery stores, shopping areas, and other attractions!

My husband and I had a great stay here for our anniversary. The property was very clean and the area was quiet. The beach was right across the street and we enjoyed that it was private for residents/renters only so the beach wasn’t overcrowded. There are lots of restaurants close by as well as the Harbor Walk. We definitely recommend staying here!

Can’t wait to return!

Arriving and getting into the unit was a breeze! Unit was extremely clean and located in a prime spot; close to entrance/exit, swimming pool and dumpster. Near everything you need, restaurants, ice cream shop, Winn-Dixie, gas station. Red lights at entrance/exits makes for easy travel. Looking forward to booking my spot for next year!

Life is Good

We loved everything about this condo. I loved it as soon as I opened the door! It was just perfect for the two of us. Loved the open floor plan. Very clean and had everything we needed. Easy access to beach was important as we are in our 70’s. Felt very safe there. Will definitely stay there again!

2025 Beach trip

First time staying at this condo and it was perfect. Very short walk to the beach, remodeled and decorated beautifully. Will definitely be staying here again.

Anniversary Trip

It was an amazing location beautiful studio perfect for my husband and I everything was close and the beach access and the sandflea (bar restaurant) for lunch were icing on the cake we used the water taxi and ate at several local restaurants all of them were top notch - the pancakery was very good and reasonable, went to the sky bar omg spinach dip was amazing and the marinated crab fingers top tier - we ate at Ruth Chris for our anniversary it never disappoints check out the seafood tower - take the ride to fort Walton and eat at magnolia grill it was 20/10 delicious - we will be back already booking for next year

DESTINation Happy Place!

My favorite studio at Sandpiper Cove! Rebekah is super responsive and genuinely welcoming. The place is always clean, cozy, and well put together—just right for a relaxing stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail, from the decor to all the little conveniences. I always feel at home here, and it’s clear Rebekah really puts her heart into making sure guests have a great time.

Great Property, OK management

Probably my favorite "deep destin" stay. This condo/complex has been the best of 3 locations we've stayed at over the last year. For those new to Destin, the Destin resort business is pretty gross/obnoxious, a lot of places force you to wear wristbands or clog up the entire beach with rental beach setups. This condo is in a gated community with courteous security, short walk to community beach access. It is one of the few places that doesn't penalize you for not purchasing their beach setups. Condo is cute, clean, and in working order. Only major complaint is manger's "response" to the condo losing water. The community had a water leak so we lost water for about 20 hours and then had a boil-notice (unpotable water) for the 2-days following (80% of the total stay). This is uncontrollable but as a renter you expect some communication/proactivity or at least concern. We had to pull info regarding the issue from the manager - who seemed generally oblivious/disinterested in how this impacted our stay. There was little concern to how significant of a health-risk this was (pregnant traveler) and was not an attempt to rectify. We had to travel off-site to bathe at a self-coordinated location.

The owner of the condo was very welcoming and very responsive to any of our needs. The property was in great condition, very clean and a perfect location. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Wonderful Place

My boyfriend and I booked a stay for our anniversary trip and we had a blast. The condo was in an amazing location, just a couple minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was really quiet and clean. Overall it was a very relaxing and a wonderful stay.

Great winter getaway

The property was exactly as posted. Rebekah was a thoughtful and attentive host. The condo was freshly renovated and every amenity was provided. The beach was just across the street and we enjoyed many brilliant sunsets and walks on the beach. Sandpiper Cove is very well maintained and has a loyal group who return every year. Tennis courts, par 3 golf course and multiple swimming pools and hot tubs are included in the complex. You can join the social life or enjoy your privacy. It was a perfect choice for us

Super convenient and completely updated condo

Everything was perfect!! Condo was completely updated furniture, flooring, kitchen, baths, washer dryer etc. The condo was maybe a minute walk to beach where they had a bar that had food also. La Lagniappe restaurant was also a minute walk located on the grounds and the food was awesome as always. I took advantage of the Water Taxi that picked me up and took me out each night anywhere I wanted to go on the Destin Harbor. Most places I stay in Destin you are either on the bay or on the beach. You get the best of both worlds at this place.

This unit is so clean and beautiful!

My husband and I booked this unit to celebrate our anniversary. I loved this unit from the moment we arrived. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a room that was so clean and cozy. It was perfect! The kitchen is stocked with anything you will need. The bed was comfortable and all linen was extremely clean. I loved being able to do laundry in our room. It’s convenient to the pool and the beach across the street is not a far walk. If you wanted to drive across the street to the beach, there’s plenty of parking. We arrived the day before hurricane Helene hit Florida. Due to the weather the first couple days, we wanted to extend our trip two nights if Rebekah had availability. She allowed us to stay those two nights for no extra charge! That was so kind of her. Communication is amazing with her! We would definitely book this room with Rebekah again. Go ahead and book. You won’t regret it!
