Ideally situated between City Market and River Street, this 1,860 sq ft Bay Street Beauty offers the perfect place to stay when you want to be close to everything in Savannah's historic district while enjoying plenty of room to spread out. This entire condo rental is easily accessible with an elevator in the building and features 2 luxurious king-size bedroom suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom; one bathroom is equipped with grab bars for enhanced accessibility. Southern charm and comfort all in one!

- Spacious and Comfortable: With 2 king-size bedroom suites, spacious walk-in closets, and plenty of fluffy blankets, this condo is perfect for families or friends seeking a relaxing retreat. Maximum occupancy is 4, as per the City of Savannah and our condo association.
- Accessible Features: One of the ensuite bathrooms is equipped with grab bars in both the shower and next to the toilet, providing enhanced safety and accessibility for all guests. The condo also features wide doorways for ease of movement, and the building is equipped with an elevator.
- Modern Amenities: The condo, built in 2007 after a complete restoration of the original 1800s building, blends history and modernity. Enjoy Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, and feel at home with the in-unit laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. A starter pack of laundry pods and dryer sheets is provided for your convenience.
- Stunning Kitchen: The modern kitchen shines with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the essentials, including coffee supplies.
