We built our modern luxury home in August 2021 and are so excited to share it with you!!

This is a 7 bedroom, 6.5 bath. The 7th bedroom also serves as a bonus room with a full kitchen (dishwasher, stove, fridge), living room area with a TV and a ping pong table. It has it's own door for privacy.

Situated on 1.5 acres, one of our favorite features of this house is the breathtaking views of Lone Peak. In fact, 4 of the bedrooms have direct views of Lone peak as well as the kitchen, dining, and great room (and the hot tub and outdoor area too). It just doesn't get old :)

This is a 7 bedroom home with 6.5 baths and sleeps 20 comfortably.

*****IMPORTANT SKI-IN SKI-OUT ACCESS*****
The Swift Bear house is located in the Cascade Subdivision which is adjacent to Lone Peak Mountain, offering both ski-in / ski-out access AND breath-taking views of Lone Peak Mountain.

Skiing Out
Access trails between the homes allow you to ski directly to the White Otter chair which is part of the main mountain. Our house is between two ski trails. We recommend a 2-minute walk to a groomed access trail that will allow you to wind your through the homes to the White Otter lift.

Returning Home
The Cascade chairlift was built to provide these homes a return lift from the main mountain that takes you to the top of the subdivision. When heading home, follow signs to the White Otter lift and walk up to get on the Cascade lift. For the quickest and easiest return to the house, walk up the stairs right in front of you. This is Beehive Basin Road and is groomed on the side so you can easily ski down. Take Trail D and wind your way through the trails back to the house. Trail D will drop you off just a few yards from the house.

Ski Run Access
Swift Bear is NOT directly on a main ski run. If you are looking for one that is, please ask us. Most homes on the Mountain require taking ski access trails in order to connect to the main ski runs, so we can help.


Big Sky Resort will operate until 4/20/2025 for the 24/25 winter season (weather dependent). The Cascade lift services the home and has planned operations from 11am - 4:00pm during the winter 24/25 season. The White Otter Lift will be running 9am - 4pm.


NOTE: When making your reservation, please be aware that lift dates and operations can be weather-dependent. Most notably, access in November, early December, and April might not be available.

2 Pack and plays, 1 high chair, kids dishes
2 washers and driers, 3 dishwashers, Ping pong table, Peloton bike, Smart TV's, 1 arcade game, hairdryers, fully outfitted bar with wine glasses, champagne glasses, shot glasses, whisky glasses, and martini glasses and a decanter
2 kids sleds are also available for your use!

This is a modern mountain home with amazing furnishings handpicked by a locally known designer Kathy Tatom.

Winters are a playground for everything snowy, with convenient ski-in/ski-out access to Big Sky mountain which has nearly 6,000 acres of skiable terrain of all levels. Go sledding or snowshoeing right out of your backyard, or be adventurous and go snowmobiling, dog sledding, or cross-country skiing close by.

Summers in this area offer easy access to world-class hiking for all skill levels, mountain biking, hiking, and some of the best fly fishing in the country. West Yellowstone is only an hour away! Fall colors only add to the beauty of the area. Don’t forget about the yard games. We have Kuub (super fun) and corn hole for you to use!
