So happy you and your family enjoyed your visit. Yes, the lake access is about the best on Beaver Lake and really makes a difference if you like to spend a lot of time in and on the water. A primary reason we purchased the property so many years ago. We do try to anticipate needs of guests, so appreciate you mentioning that. Hope you can come back sometime. You were great guests.

Yes, there is a lot of private shoreline to enjoy while visiting the cabin...in all the ways you mention as well as generally good fishing from the shore and taking a walk around the southern cove. Thanks for the 5-Star Review and great, descriptive comments about the coziness of the cabin and the great access to the shoreline.. After the spring rains, when the lake level is down a bit, one of my favorite things to do is to walk around the lake, especially to the north. The cliffs there are remarkable, but I don't recommend cliff jumping there (or anywhere, actually) , even though tempting. Please do come back sometime. We'd love to host you again.

Thanks so much for taking the time to review our property on Beaver Lake. I think you may be much like me...once I get to the property, I just don't want to leave either. It is a very relaxing place, and I always feel refreshed (and sad) when I have to head back home. I am glad you found all you needed in the kitchen. We tend to stock it with things that we typically use when we visit ourselves. I appreciate your comment about my being easy to reach. I try to keep my phone handy when guests are at the property so I can respond quickly should they need me. I hope you are able to return. It was a pleasure hosting you and your family.

Seems you appreciate the same things that we do when at the cabin. Early morning coffee with great views from the deck sets the tone for the rest of the day. We have seen many species of birds, and we especially enjoy the Purple Martins in their house right in front of the cabin. So happy your stay was a good one. Please come back. I have sat both in and out of the cabin thousands of times and continue to be amazed at the view and its changing nature every day...Hope you can return someday as we loved hosting you.

Hi Barb, Thanks for taking time to review our property. We do try and keep basic items at the cabin in case folks forget something when they arrive....always disappointing to have to make a last-minute trip back to the store when the lake is calling your name. We are always happy when friends and family can connect with one another at the cabin, and I appreciate the reminder about the design lending itself to private time. Even the best of friends and loving families need quiet time away. Hope you caught some good fish. I often see them swimming around the shoreline in the early morning while having coffee on the deck. We certainly would welcome you back. You left the cabin in such great shape...wonderful guests!
