Thank you for your feedback Rebekah. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the space clean and thoughtfully decorated. I also appreciate your kind words about working with me. I’m sorry the noise from upstairs and the odor issues impacted your stay. As noted in the listing, this is a downstairs unit in a shared 3 story home, but I understand that early morning barking and lingering smells can still be frustrating. We take guest feedback seriously and will address these concerns with the upstairs occupants to help improve the experience for future guests.

Thank you for your feedback Daniel. We appreciate the note about the heating system and will provide additional instructions to improve the guest experience. We’re glad you enjoyed the home overall and hope to host you again.
