This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on your private stretch of beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. It has a front row seat to the gorgeous beach and famous gulf coast sunsets. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean, enjoy the amazing view from the balcony and walk down the spiral staircase leading directly to the pool. The large and open kitchen, dining and living room are perfect for entertaining or quiet family time. If you want to head out for the evening restaurants are located within walking distance just across Gulf Blvd. There is even a CVS for those last minute items you forgot to pack. Larger grocery stores are a short 5 minute drive away. With only six other units on the property the pool will feel all your own. The full washer and dryer, cable, complementary internet, large T.V.’s, and expertly equipped kitchen make this vacation location feel like home. Beautiful view

We had a wonderful time and the view was spectacular. Even though we had quite a situation occur while we were there, the host did everything possible to handle it and make it right. Communication was easy throughout all of it. The description of the place, the pictures, and the closeness to the beach were all amazing. We appreciate Gigi’s understanding of the situation and staying in constant communication with us to make sure it was all being fixed.

View out the slidng glass door to the ocean from your 2nd flood balcony is amazing. Very kid friendly with pool in view of your balcony. Located extremely close to numerous restaurants and a convenient CVS. If you are looking for right on the wayer and super convenient and awesome. Well then this is it.

Great family vacation.

The whole property including the pool and common area is kept very clean. Condo itself is exactly how the pictures show. The bunk beds were perfect for 3 small kids. Stairway to the pool comes in clutch. We have already rebooked for next year.

Amazing condo and location

The condo is just as beautiful and clean in person as it is in the pics. They had all that we needed to make our stay very comfortable and convenient (dishes, utensils, coffee maker, etc).We loved the views and direct access to the beautiful beach. The pool is a nice touch for red flag days but we love the sea and sand the most. The walkability to local shops and restaurants/bars is also a major plus. It was an easy and scenic drive over to Clearwater for a sunset cruise, and another easy drive over to the Treasure Island area for the Sunday sunset beach party.The host was very responsive and proactively checked in with us about our stay.I highly recommend the property and hope it's available for our next visit to the area.

We love family time and a relaxed but tidy atmosphere. Paraiso is equipped with what we consider to be home away from home essentials. Clean new linens and towels, a fresh well equipped kitchen and a beautiful beach with amazing sunsets!

You'll love the spiral staircase that leads from the balcony down to the pool and beach, so convenient! Don't feel like cooking? Paraiso is also in a prime location, just walk out of the front door and have a meal at some of the areas fun and yummy local restaurants.
