Casa Bella Cerritos
This exquisite 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is the perfect getaway for a few days or a few weeks. Enjoy magnificent views of the majestic Sierra Laguna Mountain range in the east and fantastic views of the cerulean Pacific Ocean in the west from the rooftop terrace. Breathtaking sunrise and sunset views are yours to enjoy. Coastal wildlife includes whales, dolphins, pelicans, turtles and more.
Whether you’re a swimmer or a surfer, the beach, which is only a three-minute walk away, is a paradise for all. There are miles of white sand beach, some spots with calm waters, others with world-class waves. Some of the best surfing in Baja can be found here along with surfing instructors and board rentals. If hiking or biking is your preference, the mountains to the east offer some of the best trails in the area.
The house sleeps 8 very comfortably. One bedroom features a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and there are two sofa sleepers in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, plates and eating utensils along with a refrigerator, microwave oven, gas range.
The Solar Heated pool includes a large swim up bar, an outdoor bath/shower located next to the BBQ pit. Electrical power for the house is provided by solar panels mounted on the roof.
On-site parking is available in the home’s driveway. The area offers a wide variety of eateries, shops and nightlife. The famous Art and Beer Restaurant is only 2 blocks away. Many more restaurants and cantinas can be found just a few minutes to the north. Cabo San Lucas is about a 45-minute drive south for some rousing nightlife and the charming town of Todos Santos is about a 15-minute drive north. Here you’ll find art galleries, numerous shops and great restaurants.
Enjoy your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktail on the huge pergola-type patio. The ocean breeze is refreshing and welcoming. Relax, enjoy the scenery, the sun, the time to do virtually nothing. It’s your getaway and Casa Bella Cerritos is the place to do it all.

An enjoyable family getaway
Our family of 6 adults and 2 babies had a lovely time at Casa Bella Cerritos. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the beach and restaurants were close by. The heated pool in the afternoons and fire pit at night were particularly enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time staying at Ian’s beautiful home. Accommodations were great! Access to the beach was quick and easy. We are watching and sunsets for a highlight!!

Will Continue to return to El Pescadero and Casa Bella Cerritos
Second time at this property and it is fantastic. Condition of the property, location, amenities, etc. are all fantastic. Previous guests had left some challenges for the property manager. We were very impressed that everything was made top notch/repaired in short order while we were there.

The property was immaculately clean and ready for us. We even used the futon beds in the living area which were comfortable. We had good interactions with the maintenance person, property manager, and owner. If we travel back to the area we would stay here again.

Quiet baja oasis
The pictures of this property only capture a percentage of the amazing experience and vibe that's created at Casa Bella. I traveled to Baja for the first time with four friends and we all had a blast. Casa Bella was the perfect place to wind down at night. Once the sun sets, the sounds of the waves crashing on the nearby beach fill up the house and lull you to sleep.
I cannot recommend Casa Bella enough! Ian was a great host and helped quickly with a couple tiny issues. The house comfortably fit five people and the livingroom beds/futons were surprisingly great!
I hope this area is able to hold onto it's quiet, remote charm and identity.

Fantastic stay on a beautiful property
What a great place. One of the best stocked properties i've been at! The kitchen was so lovely to spend time making meals and hanging with family. Beds are comfy, showers were able to be hot (note that shower wash towels were one of the few things not offered)
The view is beautiful and nice and was able to walk 2-3 minutes to beach to see sunsets and whales. Note that the sunset view is partially blocked by a [newer] property.
They were super responsive and helpful with requests to figure a few things out.
A few considerations
1) The pool (At this time of year in January) is fairly cold (would guess low-mid 60s) so don't expect to immerse too much
2) There are a few barking neighbor dogs and visiting begging cats - but this is Mexico, it is to be expected
3) Small things to improve would be bedside lamps (there are none currently), wash cloths, TV/sound bar functionality
Overall, a great stay - highly recommended, would return. Go to Art and Beer nearby and other Cerritos and Pescadero reccs.

great outdoor area!
Overall the property is as listed and the outdoor pool, area was very nice and relaxing. There is no AC but there were good room fans that were provided which helped. The house itself was hard to find on GPS and it would have been nice to have received more detailed instructions to find the house. Also, unfortunately the house ran out of water on our last day and though someone came right away to address the issue the water didn't return before we had to leave for the airport. The communication with the host was very prompt and we received answers to our questions/issues right away which was appreciated.
