THE HOME:
This beautiful home boasts a ton of outdoor living spaces and a coastal farmhouse vibe. Large private screened lanai backs up to a nature preserve and offers new hot tub, lounging, dining, and conversation areas. Sunbathe in complete privacy! In addition, there is a sundeck with a bistro table, grilling patio, and yard complete with white picket fence.

Inside you will find over 1600 square feet of bright, open sunny space with soaring ceilings. A sitting room greets you upon entrance adjacent to a coffee/wine bar to enjoy morning or evening sipping. Large, fully-stocked kitchen includes dining room, two barstools at the island, and window seating area perfect for a game of checkers. As a smart home, Alexa will play music for you, lock the front door, set the thermostat, tell you the news and weather, or help you with kitchen timers.

Sliding doors offer seamless marriage to the lanai from the kitchen, living room, AND master bedroom. Master bedroom has king size bed, Smart TV, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closet, and large bathroom with grab bars in walk-in shower and toilet areas.

Guest room has a queen bed and direct access to second full bathroom with tub/shower. Den has desk, dresser, daybed, and trundle bed (perfect for children or grandchildren visiting!) Laundry closet with extra linens and towels; garage is home to our GOLF CART for putzing around the neighborhood, cruising to/from the pool, or riding to nearby restaurants. Garage also has a stand up paddle board/kayak, basketball, and pickle balls & paddles. Beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, and an annual family pass to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park is included with your stay. There is nothing this home is missing!
