This property was perfect for my 10 day stay for treatment at MDA. The master bedroom was private so I was able to rest and my family was comfortable throughout the rest of the condo. Our host was great!

The apartment is very comfortable and quiet and has everything you need for a good stay. Having a Target within walking distance is very convenient for grocery shopping.

Check-in was easy, host responded timely, cozy living space. Gated community, next door to Target and other shopping places and restaurants! Very close to NRG Stadium!

The property is in a great location and close to restaurants, and easy access to highways. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe.

Excellent central Houston location

Stayed for 2 nights with the family for errands and some exploration. Everywhere we went was in the range of 20 minutes away. Lots of places to eat close by and a Target Supercenter on the other side of the fence for your groceries needs…

Home away from home

Quiet, clean and cozy get away in the center of the city

We enjoyed our stay in the quiet, very clean and cozy apartment during our recent visit to Houston. It is our second time to stay here and we love the convenience, safety and solitude it provides. Great communication from host.

Peace and quiet in the hustle and bustle

Comfy, Quiet and Conveniently Located

This property is in a terrific location - especially for NRG and medical district. It is easy to get to nearby venues and is comfortable and very clean. It is a quiet place to relax while in the hustle of the city. Great communication from the host. We love staying here!

Perfect Location

I booked this property for my parents & grandparents trip to MD Anderson. It was a great location. The handicap parking was right by the apartment. It was centrally located to everything they needed, and they said the apartment was perfect for them.

My original booking with VRBO fell through, and I was able to find this listing. It was the best thing that could have happened! JC was very accomodating and responsive to any question or issue that we had during our stay. The property ws clean and very well kept. It was also very convenient for any shopping we had to do, with Target right next door and Kroger 2 minutes away. There was also a variety of eateries that was in walking distance. If i wver have cause to go back to that area, this listing will be my first (and hopefully only) stop

Clean and convenient

My girlfriend and I were attending our Rice U alumni event. The condo was perfect for both of us. It was clean and had the amenities we needed. It was a little sparse on kitchen supplies, but it met our need.

Nice Stay

You can't go wrong with this place. To be fair the neighborhood looks a bit sketch but I didn't feel scared. The pool was dirty but we still swam a bit. The check in and out process was excellent and communication couldn't have been better.

This unit has many great attributes. The host, JC, provided excellent check-in and check-out instructions. The location is very convenient and easy to access. It is very close to NRG so I can imagine certain events might make traffic a challenge, but we had no issues the weekend we were there. As another guest mentioned, the neighborhood felt a little “sketch”, but the property is very secure, quiet, and felt safe. We walked along Braeswood Bayou which is super close to the property. There was a nice basket of snacks, several bottles of water, and an assortment of teas provided. However, only one serving of coffee per person (3 pods for 3 adults) was on hand for our first night. I was surprised by that since I’ve never experienced a host being that stingy with the coffee. The kitchen was generally “well stocked”. Since these short term rentals have zero consistency regarding what defines “well stocked”, one might consider having only one large butcher knife (no smaller sharp knives), no unused kitchen sponges, and a rusted cork screw somewhat less than expected. The rusty corkscrew broke in our wine bottle, cork. We went immediately and bought an 8 replacement. I did ask to be reimbursed, but the host refused. We were expecting more seating, but one loveseat pictured was not present. The dishwasher door is a bit difficult. Day one it wouldn’t latch shut, so we hand washed the dishes. The next day, it shut, no problem and ran as expected. Recommend with caution.

Property was close to NRG Stadium where we were attending a World Cup game. Very quiet area and close to Target and restaurants for us to access. Felt very comfortable and safe at this property. Would highly recommend.
