Very nice older cottage with an excellent beach and westward face. Great sunsets. The cottage itself is very nice, roomy and well equipped. Short walk into Sturgein Bay. Recommended

I think a washer and dryer would be a huge plus. Six people, two children, on a beach for 7 days and in the water that would have been helpful.

Hope you enjoyed your stay with our beautiful private beach. Cabin built in about 1920 was before washer/dryer. We do have laundromats close by if that is needed to help you for the week.

We LOVED the screened porch & its beautiful beach view. The spacious house accommodated four adults comfortably. We cooked all our meals in the well stocked kitchen. We recommend the owner supply ice trays to make ice cubes, soap in the shower & a hair dryer.

Outstanding property. Quiet, private beach, awesome location for being so close to Sturgeon Bay (the town). You'll wish you owned the place after staying here. If you are into water activities, the private pier is perfect for canoes or kayaks. Motor vessel, might be a bit shallow.Our family with teenagers are pretty high maintenance vacationers, so proximity to stores, coffee shops, etc was a huge perk. Sturgeon Bay is a nice compromise between your daily life and the more tourist oriented small towns further up the peninsula.

This spot was perfect for our group! It made for the perfect stay for our girls getaway. Our days started out with coffee overlooking the lake in the screened-in porch and ended sitting on the Adirondack chairs outside listening to the sounds of the lake and watching the sunset. It was a perfect location to venture up the peninsula for the day and hang out at this cozy cottage in the evening. This place was bigger than expected and had so many different spaces to hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and everything was so clean. We will 100% be back again! This place totally made our time in Door County special and memorable. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us!

We had a great family get away! Good cleanliness and just as described. All future guests can feel confident that the view and beach, the house is a private and convenient spot. Host was always communicative and we will definitely book with them again. One of our favorite little take aways was that the beach has shells and rocks, I saw that the owner had painted quite a few stones beautifully and so we decided to do one too as a thank you gift. We loved that deer came to visit. Pack water shoes or Crocs... It's just the type of beach and shore in upper Wisconsin. Shells and rocks so just a tip.

House was very nice and well appointed. We loved the porch and firepit areas - great for relaxing and watching sunset. Location felt remote but only minutes from downtown. Will definitely book again.

Perfect Family Getaway

My 4-year-old loved collecting shells on the private beach, and the screened-in porch was the perfect play area for my one-year-old. The sunsets were incredible, and the cabin was charming and comfortable.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location was great—easy to get to and close to everything we needed. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the whole property had such a peaceful, serene vibe. The house was super clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Really couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely come back!
