We occupy the adjoining house and look forward to welcoming you. The accommodation is classified 5*

You will benefit from:
Independent access with parking for two cars on the property. exclusive use of the garden, swimming pool and dining area with plancha.

The property is enclosed and protected, ensuring comfort and security.

First floor:

Second floor:
- bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm).
- bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm).
- bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), which can be combined to create a double bed (180cm).
Each of the three bedrooms has a column fan.

The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Private outdoor space:
- Swimming pool 10m x 5m , NOT HEATED, with a depth of 0.80 to 1.80 meters, equipped with an alarm.
- 2 parking spaces on the garden path.
- Outdoor dining area under awning with electric griddle.
- Garden furniture (deckchairs, armchairs, tables, chairs, parasol).
The garden and swimming pool are regularly maintained by a gardener and swimming pool specialist.
The pool is not heated.

- Linen, provided and included for all rentals of 6 nights or more. (sheets, comforter covers, pillowcases, large towels, small towels, tea towels, bath mats).
For rentals of less than 6 nights, 15€ Per person (one is payable on site.
Linen is laundered in our laundry and is made of cotton with satin edging.
The package includes: sheets, comforter covers, pillowcases, bath sheets, towels, tea towels and bath mats.
Beds will be made up.
Pool towels can be supplied for €5 each.

The House is 900 meters from Mornac sur Seudre, a village where you can meet many craftsmen and admire their skills.
It's a relaxing, car-free place, with a small port, restaurants, cafés and charming little streets.
The village has a post office, tourist office, bakery and grocery store.
You can take a guided boat trip on the Seudre, departing from Mornac sur Seudre.
Kayaks and paddles are also available for hire from the port of Mornac sur Seudre, for a trip along the banks of the Seudre.

Oyster beds line the village.

In July and August, Mornac sur Seudre offers a wide range of entertainment, with a night-time traders' market and fireworks display.
Concerts are held at the shared gardens during the summer months.

Mornac sur Seudre is close to wild pine-fringed beaches, La Palmyre zoo, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Oléron and Ile d'Aix.

60 km from La Rochelle.

Further south, you can cross the Gironde estuary and follow the wine route.
