I love this property. It's beautiful, comfortable, just the right size for my husband and I. It has gorgeous views of Sutton's Bay and is close to dining, shopping, nature or just staying in.We come back year after year.

What a great property in a fantastic location. Suttons Bay is a great town, and the carriage house is within easy walking distance to town, and a stone's throw from Hop Lot Brewing. E-bikes were a plus and we had fun on two nights of our stay with a fire in the firepit out front. Would gladly return. Perfectly sized for a family or two couples who are comfortable traveling together.

Just what we pictured and more. Great location. Cool vibe and comfortable. The area is stunning. Communication is great. Just across the street from Suttons Bay, but still had a nice view and gorgeous sunrise. Highly recommend!

Great location

Our family came up for a few days and enjoyed having this as our home base. Everything we needed was at the house and easy to locate. The location was easily walkable to downtown Sutton’s. We’d stay again.

Perfect long weekend trip with toddler and infant!

This is our third time staying in the area and this place was the exact fit for our stay! It had all we needed, beautiful views, great location and just was easy! The host was kind and helpful! The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything! We'll stay here every time we visit if we are able!

Hosts were very responsive prior to check in, didnt have any problem's during stay. Cozy and clean. Beds werent super comfortable, but loved the living room couch

Great Suttons Bay location with bonus eBikes

Perfect for a couple with maybe one additional person. Comfortable bed, great windows and window coverings, updated bathroom and kitchen. Loved the extras - Sonos speakers, fire pit and especially the eBikes!

Easy and Comfortable... with a great View!

We loved our stay in Suttons Bay at the Carriage House. With town a short walk away, and many of the sites on the Peninsula just a short drive away, the long weekend was easy and very comfortable. The house is as advertised and a perfect getaway with an outstanding view of the water (and sunrise with your cup of coffee in the morning too.) Easy in / Easy out... and plenty to do (or not do depending upon your preference) and we certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay here on future visits to Suttons Bay!

Well appointed place near beach, shopping and dining.

Property was well placed just outside of downtown, near the beach, shopping, dining, wineries and a great brewery with beer garden. With so much to do, we didnt spend alot of time at the property, but everything was as described in the listing. And, the fixtures and decor were well appointed. Place was very clean.

Lovely loft apartment with views of the water

Very nicely appointed apartment in a lovely setting and so close to town you can walk to dinner. We had a great time. Wished we could have tried to ebikes which come with the place, but there is always next time.

A Cozy Stay in Sutton's Bay

Our family of four had a wonderful stay here! Everything was perfect and very well-thought out, from the perfect cleanliness, views of the water, usage of two e-bikes, extremely well-stocked and cozy home including linens, comfortable beds, kitchen supplies, games, extra soaps and bath supplies. Also, the location was very convenient. We were able to walk or ride to town and very short car trips to the grocery and restaurants. Overall, we highly recommend this home and would definitely choose it again.

Property and apartment were beautiful, and very private. The bathroom looked brand new, very stylish. Offered towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. All rooms had TVs with lots of options for movies. There was a small firepit out front with already chopped wood. Made for a beautiful night.

Cozy Setting

My husband and recently stayed at this cozy place for our anniversary. Lelandau Peninsula is one of our favorite places to visit and again it did not disappoint! The carriage house is across the street from the owners but very private. This allowed speedy responses when we needed to contact them regarding a question. When checking in, they had provided a link for grocery services. This was great so we didn’t have to travel with any food and everything was put away in the kitchen/ fridge. We enjoyed the E-bikes and there were helmets provided so disregard prior reviews. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed making breakfast every morning before we would head out. The couch is comfortable to sit and watch a football game and the bed is very comfortable. We didn’t have a bonfire but did enjoy sitting outside for awhile. I would highly recommend this carriage house and would stay here again. Downtown Sutton’s Bay is walking distance and the Bay is almost to your doorstep.

Can’t beat the location. Hop Lot Brewing is walkable, Suttons Bay is a short walk or drive, Traverse and Leland are also all quickly accessible. House was clean and as advertised. Would stay again.
