Stay in this eighteenth-century residence, first owned by a family of aristocrats from the Nantes region, then the residence of Paul Marteroy, Parisian architect and founder of the Rosaires seaside resort, with his friend, the industrialist Lucien Rosengart. The property was completely renovated by an architect in 2020, in order to offer current comfort, while preserving the heritage elements present in this villa, in particular the marble mosaic made by Isidore Odorico (father), an Italian mosaicist who came to decorate the Garnier opera house, under the direction of G. Facchina.
