Townhouse located along bike path, which leads to Frontier Park (<2 mile walk). Child & pet friendly (dog door, 6’ fenced in backyard, & kennel available upon request). Central air conditioning, washer and dryer. Located a few blocks from grocery store and a city park with a jungle gym. Two parking spots available in driveway, one in front of house, and additional parking available on street. Three bedrooms each sleep two for a total of six people, air mattress in basement sleeps two, and two couches upstairs can sleep one person each (please bring your own bedding for couches). There is also a toddler mattress available under the child’s bed (bedding provided upon request).
