Gulf Breeze Paradise with Penthouse View

Located at Estero Beach and Tennis Club, on Fort Myers Beach South Island, just a few steps away from putting your toes in the sand along the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the beach, or the penthouse balcony which has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the inland waterway. Pet Friendly (one pet per unit). Across the street, several restaurants and shops are making their way back after Hurricane Ian Sep2022. There is a boat charter marina across the street. Short walk to a pharmacy, gas station/convenience store; grocery 2-1/2 miles up the road. Catch the TrolLee that will take you to several stops along the way up to Fort Myers Beach Time Square.

Julie was an outstanding host! Great communication with quick responses and very detailed complex rules and procedures. Her condo was very nice in appearance and well kept also had a great view of the Gulf of America. Best of all she allowed small pets we will definitely be back to stay.

Beautiful

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation. The location is right on the beach. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the heated pool.

Penthouse view condo

The view of the gulf to the west and the view of the sights to the east from sunrise to sunset were fabulous! The condo was very inviting and our stay was wonderful. Julie was great to work with and we will be back again someday.Thank you,Jack & Chris

I enjoyed staying at this condo, Fabulous view and great location on the beach. Very clean place! Exactly as pictured. It is great for 1 person or for a couple! Easy communication with the host, Julie!

Anniversary. 34 years

The views in this unit are fabulous. Very convenient location to restaurants and activities. We met many friendly people at the pool. And seven miles of gorgeous beach. Could not ask for more.

Just as advertised!

So happy that FMB is making a comeback! Julie’s place was just as advertised….clean and comfortable! The property is hard at work returning to normal….beach is still fabulous. Great communication with owner!

beyond expectations

This one bedroom, studio type concept was much more comfortable than I expected it to be. Great views from the balcony, clean kitchen and bathroom made this a very comfortable and cozy get away. Having the pool steps from the elevator lobby is really convenient. The pool area is very nice and the large, well maintained grounds are as good as I have ever seen in Southwest Florida, plenty of lounge chairs as well. This is a great place to stay for a singles getaway or couple with or without child

Not disappointed

We have stayed at EBTC many, many times. This is the first time staying there with a dog. It worked out well. The condo met our needs and we were all very comfortable. A beautiful view especially while seated at a sunset facing “bar” set up on the balcony. Thank you.

Wonderful

The studio was clean and comfortable, many linens and pillows available. The king SZ bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked well. Beautiful view of the ocean and city. Beach is private and at the time we stayed was not overly busy. There was still construction going on on the grounds from damage post IAN but that did not bother us. Everyone was friendly and respectable construction workers and staff, other tenants. Julie the owner has amazing communication she is very quick to get back to you and gives you all the information needed before arriving--we had no issues with anything. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Peaceful Visit

The manager answers questions and responds very quickly. She also keeps you updated on the island and sends pictures. Great manager. My plan was to have a peaceful stay on the beach, and this property provided that. If you want to spend a lot of time indoors, the furniture is not comfortable. The bed has a big hump in the middle, but it is okay. The view is amazing. We had everything we needed to cook. During Spring Break time, it's best to only go south to restaurants. Plan accordingly for traffic to stand still. There are many things still not open, but we had everything we needed. So if there is something particular you are looking for, investigate. This condo is located in the middle so either way is a little drive. Also it is across the street from the Marina so you will here a beeping sound every time a boat is put up or taken down. Other than the couch, we had a very nice stay and were pleased overall.

Wouldn't rent from again

Exterior property was good. The pool was warm..... didn't help in the heat. Ill start with the cons bc there's alot to list. Property overall interior-wise, not good. Blinds need to be updated, had to stand on a chair in front of the windows of the 12th floor just to get them to close. Sliding door to the balcony did not seal so there was a crack of hot air coming in, had to run the air conditioner 24/7. 2 outlets I saw didn't have covers, risk of getting electrocuted to plug something in. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. Remote controls didn't work well, had to use my nail to press down hard on the buttons to turn on/off and change channels, didn't use tv much bc of that. Hornets nests on balcony. King size bed is hard, pull out couch is better, although it looks like someone's dog clawed the cushions pretty good. There's only one small pot and one medium sized frying pan if u plan to cook alot instead of eating out. We stayed a week and went thru the one tiny trash bag that was left for us in the can. Had to buy more. Only one dishwashing machine pellet was left, we had to buy more of those. There is divider wall but the part that latches to the wall to keep it shut was detached so we hardly used it so it wouldn't break even more (would have been nice to use for some privacy from our kids). Pros, had alot of items we could use daily, dishes, floaties, microwave, dishwasher, beach towels, things like that. Across the street was everything we needed. CVS, restaurants (fav was The Sandbar), ice cream place, a couple shops, a bait place/marina. We were able to check in earlier than 3, that was good. Overall, I wouldn't stay again. I have stayed in other condos in this We and they were much better. There were times I would wait days for a reply from emails. I did send the owner a email with the issues we had and he said he would address them. If you come here and you notice the same issues then you know he didn't care enough to fix them but your taking that chance. I was wondering why there hadn't been any recent reviews of this property.... hmmm....? I feel bad writing this review but I do feel cheated for what I paid and could've gotten in another unit so I don't want someone else feeling this way. I truly believe in reviews and recommendations from other people's experiences.

First Time in Fort Myers Beach

Perfect location for beach lovers. Convenient to local restaurants and shops. Friendly and warm residents. The view from the balcony is spectacular.

Nice quiet stay on the beach

The unit was nice but small best suited for 2 people. The pool closed at 5 so no night swimming. Nice shopping and food across the street.

Met or beat expectations.

Property grounds were immaculate. Have stayed in complex before. First time we had everything we needed and more.unit is on 12 th floor (ph). Unit is a good size for two people.

Great location

This place was very good but not great but if you over look the fact that it needs a little updating the location of this place can’t be beat, some of the instructions inside the condo were a little confusing but the owner was great and answered my e-mail quickly. This place is still worth every penny and its in a great location, we definitely enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend it.

Wonderful Location

My husband and I visited this property in July. It has a great balcony view of the beach. It is also in the perfect location and very close to some cute shops and restaurants. The beaches were clean and there was plenty of room to spread out and be socially distanced due to the virus. We will definitely be booking this location again!

Exactly as described - great view of gulf and bay

We really enjoyed EBT and the top floor/corner view from Bill's place is fantastic! We enjoyed watching the gulf -- birds and dolphins and the sunset view was amazing. The view included the Estero Bay and so many palm trees. The heated pool is large with many lounge chairs. The building is right on the beach so it's a short walk out to the sand. The south end of the island is more quiet with restaurants and grocery store nearby. Times Square is easy to get to for more restaurants and fun. The condo is modest and shows that it's been well-used. We would have like to have better pots and pans as we cooked many nights during our stay. On the whole - a great stay!
