Amazing stay near waikiki!

We loved our time at this location! Everything was clean and ready to go. It is small, but has everything you need and plenty of space for 2 people. The shower and bathroom is quite small, but fulfills its purpose! We would definitely stay here again!

Ive stayed in Motel 6's that were nicer than this unit, the walls need painting, the windows were filthy, tile floors could use a good scrubbing, the shower reminds me of the RV I had, very small.The entire unit was not as it appeared in the photo (shopped)Very disappointed. I will never stay there again. The 4.5 out of 5 star rating was misleading

Great location and great stay.

Everything was great thank you. Just a heads up looks like the shower curtain needs to be swapped out it looked like maybe mold was on it.

Great base

A 2 night stay in a convenient location, comfy bed to come back to if you are out all day. Just a little small to cope with large suitcases. We were happy and enjoyed the stay.

When it was time to check out , I had no guidelines and was unable to reach anybody to ask. So I just left. The room was quite nice.

Excellent visit

We had a great time here. Centrally located, clean, and ready access to everything in the area. It's smaller, but for 1-2 people it has everything you need. The laundry facilities in the basement are limited, but there is a laundromat close by you can use. We would certainly consider this property again if we find ourselves in the area.

Excellent bachalor suite

Soft clean bed Cool cozy room Plenty of space in the room for two As a larger individual at 6x2ft the shower was a little cramped and the floors in the bathroom get very slippery when wet The ac does a great job at keeping things comfortable and the bed is very nice quality with the small window in the perfect spot to wake with the motning sun Just two blocks from the international district or the beach with great shops in every direction

Best location!

Literally in the best location, everything is walking distance about 5-10 minutes from major shopping centers. Everything was perfect but the AC is in a weird spot making my partner who slept next to it extremely cold. But other than that, it was perfect and recommend to everyone!

Good location near the center of Waikiki, off the busy, noisy streets. Of course, garbage collection starts at 6 AM. Very comfortable bed but the AC blows directly at your head and shoulders. Kitchenette OK for hot drinks and microwave stuff, no burner. We would stay here again.

Great value & location.

This property is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Centrally located, near parking & shopping. I will use this VRBO again in the future. The only issue I had was finding the VRBO because the street address was not clearly visible from the street so I was driving back & forth. I had to park & walk around before I realized I was in front of the location. Other than that, everything was great!

Two blocks form Waikikki Beach.

This studio apartment was clean and had the softest bed! 14th floor apartment with a mini fridge, microwave, and bathroom. It is located in an urban area, so be prepared for city noise (loud car, sirens, etc) which Mark cannot control, so he can't lose points for that. He offers a place to stay that is clena and close to places Pearl Harbor was 26 minutes away, the Beach two blocks walking and Diamond Head was 15 minutes away, give or take. We would stay here again.

Ok

It was okay, thought it would be better per advertisement. Bed is worn, windows do not open or shut, one side was opened about a quarter of an inch. Not bad overall, just a few improvements would make it a 4 or 5 for me. Close to the beach and shops, seems to be a good area overall. Laundry was easy, staff at desk were friendly. Had a small leak under sink, it was taken care of quickly, no other issues.

5 nights stay

Room was fairly small but had all the necessities, shower is small but manageable as we are average size, shortage of hot water, so I have to turn it off while I apply soap, then turn it back on to rinse. The flowery bed spread in the picture was missing, I wanted to wash the sheets/pillowcases but did not have time, I would have felt more comfortable if I had done that. The location is great, short walk to beach, restaurants, shops. I really liked the hotel lobby, large open space just a few steps up and overlooking the street. Night-time can be noisy if you're a light sleeper. For the price we paid, I think it was worth it. Overall, it's not bad, I would stay there again.

No hot water at kitchenette sink No blinds Windows don't shut and mosquitos were inside Curtains are molded So loud you can't sleep because not real windows and no blinds on sunrise side No hotel services for linens or towels they don't service the private room Sand on floor when we got here 3 rolls toilet paper for 3 days Overall very unimpressed. 3 stars for the lack of info

This place was not clean when we arrived - messaged the host to let him know our first day and he said I should have let him know sooner. Several things did not work - refrigerator, outlets, windows. And several things were left dirty - windows, curtains, linens. Parking was more expensive than originally communicated. Not sure why I paid a cleaning fee for this stay. This listing came up when I checked off kitchen, but there is not a kitchen, just a mini bar with a broken refrigerator. Front desk is not allowed to assist with anything since this is a private unit. Overall not worth the cost, in comparison to other VRBOs that you can book.
