We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the temperature in the downstairs bedroom. We understand the importance of a comfortable stay and regret that our initial attempts to resolve the issue were not satisfactory. Regarding your experience with our policies and the additional tasks requested upon check-out, we apologize for any confusion or frustration this may have caused. A cleaning fee is required by most if not all VRBO rentals and our professional housekeepers are highly skilled and do much more than make the beds and put dishes away, to be clear we are just asking our guests to leave our home in a respectable manor and we apologize that didn't meet your needs. We are very clear with our additional rental agreement (which is inline with VRBO's policies) and are happy to answer any questions, concerns or to cancel reservations that have guests who do not want to participate. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will take your feedback into consideration to improve our services for future guests while maintaining our policies. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Best, Summer V. Guest Service Manager
