Captains Quarters: A Modern Masterpiece with Gulf/Lake Views and Large Yard

Create lasting family memories in this spectacular ultra-modern home which includes the main and guest house, with adjacent grassy lot, just two houses away from the sugar white sands of never-crowded Carillon Beach. Captain’s Quarters, features rich cherry trim coupled with brushed stainless-steel accents throughout. A total of two living rooms, extensive gallery on first and second floors, two kitchens, 4 bedrooms, two built-in bunks, 4 full baths, 2 half baths, and a tower comprise the combined interior living spaces of these two beach homes.

This extraordinary home is the only one in Carillon with an adjoining private, grassed lot, affording a separate fun play area for children as well as providing space for badminton, corn hole or small events approved by the property manager (venue fee applies for events).

The main home features deck and patio spaces on the first, second and third floors of the residence, and an enclosed outdoor shower. From the tower of this truly one-of-a-kind home you will enjoy dazzling views of both sunrise and sunset across the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Carillon.

In front of the Gulf front pool you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs), pads, and two umbrellas (March 1 - Oct 31).

PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles OR 3 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $37.50/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

Captains Quarters is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

It's a nice shady respite from the sun inside with comfortable rooms and ample space for our party of 11. The younger set were able to utilize the tower rooms to get away from their parents -a fun thing for teens and young 20 year olds. The property management team was lovely and responsive as always -and they are a big part of why we keep coming back to Carillon.

Simply Spectacular!!

This home is an architectural gem, both inside and out, nestled within a beautiful and safe gated beachfront community. Our family of 5 had a truly memorable experience here! We spent our days lounging around the house, enjoying meals in the dining room and rooftop patio, watching the sunrise or sunset from the observation tower or beach, and walking/biking through the beautifully landscaped community. We were able to conveniently park our large SUV and bikes right in front of the house without a problem. The community was so quiet and safe that we didn’t even lock up the bikes. We spent one entire afternoon at the nearby pool/tennis/pickleball courts and the kids had a blast biking around the community. The community shops and eateries, as well as the beach, were a quick 2-3 minute walk from the home. Honestly, the area is so beautiful and quaint that it was a pleasure strolling around. The beach is spectacular and the cushioned chairs on the beach were so convenient. We spent hours strolling up and down the beach finding amazing seashells, watching the pelicans and dolphins, and enjoying the sunshine. The seashells we found rivaled those of our trips to Sanibel Island! We didn’t even need to use the outdoor shower - there was a hose right in front of the house we could use to wash off the sand, clean our seashells, and even wash the bikes and car.We highly recommend Captain’s Quarters! The home was immaculate, the setting was beautiful, and the location was perfect!

We absolutely had a wonderful time as a family staying at the Captains arts. The house was clean and so close to the beach. We played games in the house and was also able to play pickleball in the neighborhood. We will def stay again!

The house layout is super cool mimicking a ship; sleeping quarters on the bottom, living area midlevel, and a third floor tower to look out (or relax). While I love the "living at sea" feel, it does like the cozy homey feel some may want/expect on a family vacation. But I do not consider this a negative - only something to keep in mind.We did have a few WiFi/electrical issues during our stay. These items need attention. However, propery managers were super intentional about fixing the issues. Props to them.

Carillon Beach was a perfect location. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, yet still really close to everything. Captain’s Quarters is the first house that everyone in our family has asked to come back to. The house fit our family perfectly and offered every amenity we could ask for. It is perfectly situated in the community so that it is close to the pool, lake, and the ocean.

We used both the main house and the guest quarters and both were well maintained, very clean and nicely decorated.Access to the beach and the pool were an easy, short walk as were the tennis courts and coffee shop. The management’s customer service was excellent. One caution I would offer is that due to the stairs this is not a toddler friendly home. We knew this ahead of time and thankfully had 6 adults helping us. Over all I highly recommend this place and Carillon in general. You can’t go wrong.

A spectacular week in Carillon!

We were a family of 4 adults and 1 child and there was more than enough space for everyone to socialize or relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped and was ideal for dinners in. The view from top tower was amazing, especially the sunsets. Was only a 2 min walk to the beach with many walkover options and equally close to the quaint and cute downtown where we enjoyed the gift shop, The Salty Bottle for coffee(yummy lattes) or wine and Lake Powell Pizza. There were 2 outdoor heated pools available and we enjoyed daily! Carillon is a beautiful gated beach community I would recommend for anyone. Would highly recommend this rental for families or even just an adult getaway. Karen was a great help when booking this property, provided all of the information needed and responded to calls, texts and emails. She helped us during check in and took the time to show us around the house. Definitely recommend using Karen when booking!Captains Quarters thank you for a memorable week with my family that we will cherish forever. Already planning to return for 2025!!!

Great house for families with kids!

We absolutely loved the Captians Quarters. Our group included adults, young adults and small kids. The cottage was the perfect private space for our young adults. The side yard was utilized everyday by the kids before breakfast and dinner times which was great! The property manager Mrs Karen was a pleasure to work with as was Ms Kristi, the housekeeper. Would highly recommend this house! We had the best week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best vacation staying in Captain's Quarters on Carillon Beach. Karen and others were very helpful and answered all questions. The weather was cold and she even brought over lego blocks for my grandkids!! I will definitely stay here again!

Great house with a great design & aesthetic!!!!!! We absolutely enjoyed staying here! Great place to get away from it all. The neighborhood was so safe, the kids loved having freedom. Went to seaside for the day, was so happy to get back to the peaceful vibe of Carillon!

The attention to detail is impeccable. 3 pools, 7 beach walkovers, pickle ball and tennis courts, and of course - the gulf coast.Captain’s Quarters is a thoughtfully planned contemporary design, with artistic features throughout. The guest quarters are spacious and well furnished, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We hosted our daughters intimate wedding on the lawn of CQ, and it presented the dreamiest day.

A Weekend to Remember

Captain's Quarters was one of several homes in Carillon Beach used for friends and family for our son’s wedding. Our hosts< Karen and her team, took great care of us and everything was perfect. Thank you for being an intergral part of a very important weekend for our family!

Amazing Stay
