Located in the Village of Lake George, this beautiful 2nd floor duplex has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen, spacious dining and living rooms.
Relax on your spacious deck with a seating area, outside dining area and gas grill overlooking the lake. With the beast seats for summer Thursday Night Village Fireworks!

Walk to restaurants, shops, bike trails, Shepard Park Beach and other attractions in the Village.

Dock slip available (for an additional cost depending on the size of your boat) at the Boardwalk Marina, which is located down the hill from the house. WE DO NOT HAVE A LAUNCH OR STORAGE FOR YOUR TRAILER. Ask for details. 2 parking spaces available.

The location of the house was absolutely perfect, right on the water and also right downtown walking distance to everything. The house was completely renovated and everything was brand new. My fiancé and I plan to stay there again.

Great location with water view and access to the boardwalk. The deck was an added bonus to relax on. Nicely updated and comfortable. Communication with property owner was excellent! Highly recommend!

This is our favorite VRBO! Easy check-in and check-out. Host is a true professional. The duplex is a gem in the heart of LG. Looking forward to returning.

Wonderful week on lake George

We had a great time staying in lake George Village. The location of the house is ideal, walking distance from shopping, dining and recreation. It’s just a short drive to hiking and boat tours which were amamzing.

My Lake George stay

Property was extremely clean and well maintained. Property owner was very friendly and responded quickly to any and all questions. We are hoping to do it again next year. The fireworks right outside on the lake was a PLUS!!

Great Location

This property was clean, safe and well situated. A five minute walk to the tour boats and a three minute walk to the nearest restaurants. The views of Lake George from the second and third floors were lovely.

New place, walking distance to everything

Best thing about this place was its within walking distance to town - arcades for kids, restaurants, bars, distillery, ice cream, water/lake, mini golf. Newly renovated and owner was great with communication.

Fantastic LG getaway

The view from the upstairs loft is amazing. The home has great views from the deck as well.The entire home is beautiful. The location is perfect and within walking distance to so much in the village. If it's this beautiful in the winter, I can't wait to rent it again in the summer. It's definitely a four seasons getaway.

Location, Location, Location

If you want to stay in the heart of Lake George Village, steps to shopping, restaurants, the beach and concerts, this is the place for you. Modern, clean and well maintained unit with all the amenities, and option to dock your boat as well. Terri is super responsive and accommodating. The view from the deck of the moonlit lake is spectacular. Also, had fireworks one night that was directly in front of us. Will definitely stay again.

Short Family Vacation

My wife, niece, nephew, and myself have been coming to Lake George for many years, and have always stayed at a hotel. This property was incredibly clean with more than enough room. It was perfectly located…right in the village and walking distance to everything, yet tucked away in a quiet private nook that still felt secluded. The property is right on the lake and the views were awesome. Everything was as advertised, and we completely loved our stay. The best part is that it still cost us less money than our usual two adjoining hotel rooms. We would definitely return again.

Beautiful Apartment and Location

It was such a fun week. The apartment is immaculate. The location cannot be beat. You are close enough to be in town in 1 minute but when at the house, it feels like you have a ton of privacy. Firework views are awesome. Docking is easy and the people that work the docks are the nicest hardest working crew I’ve seen. Terri is also an awesome property manager. Thanks for everything.

Exceptional Stay with Stunning Views

Our stay at the property was amazing. First off, the photos don’t do this place justice—spotlessly clean, modern, and feels serene and peaceful even though you’re only steps from the Main Street of Lake George town. The location is ideal, with shops, restaurants, the beach, and boat docks all within walking distance, adding to the overall ease and enjoyment of our trip. The back deck, overlooking the water, quickly became our favorite spot. We enjoyed our morning coffees there, taking in the gorgeous views. To top it off, we had a front-row seat for the Thursday night fireworks show, which was absolutely fantastic! The kitchen was a dream—fully stocked with everything we needed, from cleaning supplies to pans and utensils. Accessing the unit was a breeze thanks to the keyless entry system, which was particularly appreciated with multiple guests. Terri, the property manager, was outstanding—extremely responsive (I'm talking about a 5 minute response time, so impressive!) and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One minor points for future guests: if you’re using Uber or taxis, be aware that the address can be a bit confusing for drivers. Using the library address for pick-ups and drop-offs worked perfectly for us. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped retreat. We’ve already discussed coming back and re-booking for a future visit!

The space was perfect for our small group for the weekend. Being within walking distance of town was great and the view of the lake was beautiful. The only downside with being that close to town was the noise, particularly music and street noise at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this Lake George house! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from Shepard Park Beach, with an easy walk back up to the house to grab lunch or relax. It was also a short, scenic walk to Million Dollar Beach. We loved being able to listen to live music from nearby restaurants and bars right from the deck, yet it was still peaceful at night when it was time to sleep.One of the highlights was watching the fireworks from the deck. The beds were comfortable, and the house was a quick stroll to Canada Street's restaurants and coffee shops, which was especially convenient in the mornings.Terri, the host, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property if you're looking for a relaxing and fun Lake George getaway.

This rental was outstanding! So comfortable, well-equipped and extremely well located. Our family of 6 had plenty of space for dining inside or on the gorgeous deck. The kitchen had anything we might have needed to make a meal or 2, though we were close enough to walk to any of the great downtown restaurants. We loved being close to everything! We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine to watch the steam boats on the lake. This was also a perfect location to watch the weekly fireworks! It was also a quick walk to either the public beach or even Million Dollar if preferred. Hosts were incredibly responsive with any questions. What a great experience!!

Quick Lake George Getaway

This is our second time staying at this property…and we absolutely love it. Incredibly clean and well-maintained, it is truly a hidden gem right in the heart of Lake George Village. Waking up to views of the lake right at the end of the yard is incomparable. Walking distance to everything and 10 minutes from the outlets for shopping. We would absolutely recommend this property to to anyone!

Great gem in the heart of the village.

This was our second time at this property and we will return again. Right in the middle of the village and fun. Can be loud at night but we stay on west coast time so it doesn’t bother us at all. Very spacious and fully stocked.
