Welcome to your own private oasis! 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beach cottage with stunning, unobstructed views of the tidal marsh. Just a short walk via Boardwalk #1 will have you wiggling your toes in the sand and splashing in the ocean surf.
A reverse floor plan maximizes the scenery from every angle. On the first floor, a screened porch overlooks the marsh and tidal creek with a custom low country "swing bed." This special feature is sure to be one of your favorite spots to relax. Three guest bedrooms are on the first floor.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, tv in armoire, and updated en suite bath with tub/shower combination. The 2nd guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with another beautiful en suite bath. This bedroom also has sliding door access to the screened porch! The 3rd bedroom on this level is has 2 additional twin beds. This room is quite large and highlighted by impressive floor to ceiling windows that frame the incredible natural beauty of Seabrook with the tv located in the den area's armoire.
Upstairs on the second floor the living and dining room areas are open to each other for optimal entertaining. The soaring ceiling and windows provide breathtaking views. Ample comfortable seating invites you to sink in and catch the ocean vibes or watch your favorite shows on the wall mounted HDTV. Sliding doors lead to the outdoor deck where your eyes will continue to be drawn to the lush low country landscape that fans out before you. The dining room table has seating for 8 and is adjacent to the kitchen. The well stocked kitchen is stylishly updated and features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances. A built in corner banquette provides a chic breakfast nook.
The master bedroom is renovated with vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, tv and king bed. The en suite bath is wonderful respite with double vanity and tiled walk in shower with skylight. Sliding doors give access to the outdoor deck.

Completely immersed in natural splendor, the coastal barrier island is home to lush maritime forest, serene marshes and pristine beaches. Seabrook Island's residents and guests also enjoy some of the East Coasts best recreation facilities.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

There is a Ring doorbell at this property.
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
