Quick trip

This was a sweet place for a weekend getaway. It was a quiet neighbothood and convenient to what we wanted to do.

Cute, clean & comfy!

This is a cute tiny house located in a safe community. We stayed there long enough to meet people in this friendly community and felt at home. The house was amazingly clean! Owners are super nice & available if you need anything.

Our Fall Visit

Spent a long weekend taking in the late October festivities and all that San Antonio has to offer. Great central location for everything. It is simple and straightforward. Yes it is in a trailer park. But still feels private, and is stand alone. Clean. Would definitely stay again.

Clean cabin

This little cabin is on a lot in a trailer park off of a main road. There are two properties on the lot. The cabin was clean. The shower had barely any water pressure, but that was our only complaint.

Everything was good. Clean cottage wish there would have been large bowls in the kitchen on hand.

It was pretty much as described. Dry clean and cozy. Was able to communicate with the owners. Only down side was that I didn't know it was in a very run down Mobile Home Park. But the cottage itself was in very good condition.

Comfortable and cozy

Quiet and compact. Very clean with nice extras in the kitchenette and bathroom. Lovely to have the washer and the dryer available. Cute porch. Pest- free.

Great little cabana

I stayed in the cabana for two months and a half and my stay was very smooth. The cabana was ready before check-in time and Pablo and his wife were there to receive me when I arrived. The trailer park where the cabana is located looked a little weird at first, but all the neighbors were very friendly. The place is usually very quiet too! Everything in the cabana was very clean when I arrived and the internet connection worked really well during my whole stay. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything looks new! The bed is also very comfortable. Thank you, Pablo!

lack of support and communication

Payment was made in full in advance. However, on the day of the supposed check-in, I was unable to do so. The reason for this is that the premises were not cleaned after the previous tenants. People who moved out could smell andnot cooled down steam in the toilet after taking a shower. In addition, the bed in the living room was not made. If you watch the video, you can clearly see that there is a mark on the pillow from the head of a person who recently lay down. And in the shower there is a wet and dirty towel with traces of hair. The trash cans are overflowing and everything is dirty. To confirm my words, I can provide videos and photos. The owner does not check calls and messages. Vrbo customer service left a message about the problems within 24 hours.I could not stay in this terrible place after a difficult trip and was forced to close the house and go to a hotel. In this regard, I demand a refund, despite the fact that it is impossible to make a refund to my account. If you decide that income from funds is impossible for me for this reason, please provide me with an official refusal. The refusal to live in this place was not my fault, but the fault of the owner. I incurred additional expenses and wasted time due to his fault.
