On the ground floor of this former wine storehouse, transformed into a comfortable cottage, you will find a spacious living/dining room with a flat-screen TV, as well as an open-plan kitchen equipped with a Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, and more.
A BZ sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for two guests.
An independent third WC, complementing those on the upper floor, also houses a washing machine for your convenience.

Upstairs, two bright bedrooms await, each with its own private bathroom and WC:
- The first bedroom features a double bed (140x190).
- The second bedroom includes a double bed (140x190) and a single bunk bed (90x190), perfect for a family.

Outside, a small courtyard with a barbecue offers a great setting for enjoyable moments outdoors.

The Domaine de La Guigneraie comprises four independent 18th-century gîtes.
