Nada with the Evolve team is amazing! However, from the get-go my communication with the local host, Christina left a lot to be desired. I had to change dates and Christina instructed me to go in and change it myself, luckily I reached out to Nada who advised me not to do that. Nada handled the issue. On Saturday evening my elderly in laws locked us out of the house and the keys in the key box did not work. We reached out to Christina, who was not helpful at all; her tone, her attitude. She said there would be no way she could find a locksmith at 10 o’clock at night and said she was reaching out to the owner and hung up. No goodbye, no I’ll call you back, no I’m sorry the wrong keys are in the key box. Nothing. Just hung up. She sent me a text about 30 minutes later saying per owner we could all sleep downstairs until she was able to get a locksmith. Mind you, we were there for graduation on Saturday and were in the middle of baking desserts and making decorations for the party on Saturday. I explained all that to her in a text and explained that our dog was still in the main house. I never heard back from her until the following morning at 8:30. Sidenote, the first locksmith we called was available but was going to charge 250. I didn’t feel I should have to pay for their mistake; the keys in the key box should have worked! I’ll never rent another house that Christina is in charge of.
