Welcome to Francueil, a charming little town in the Loire Valley, where you can enjoy a peaceful retreat for up to 10 people.

Upon arrival, a lovely, secluded garden welcomes you, furnished with outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy the warm, sunny days in complete tranquility.

A private outdoor swimming pool, fully secured by a safety cover and fence, is available seasonally (mid-May to the end of September, except in exceptional circumstances).

Stepping inside this charming house, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen, offering everything you need to prepare delicious meals with family or friends. Two coffee machines are at your disposal: a traditional filter coffee maker and a Magimix Nespresso machine.

A spacious living/dining room features a large sofa bed and a television.

Also on the ground floor, a superb bedroom awaits you, furnished with a comfortable double bed and its own private bathroom.

Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. Two additional bathrooms are also available, one with a bathtub for relaxation and the other with a shower for added convenience. Two further toilets complete this floor for your comfort.

The privileged location of the accommodation will allow you to take advantage of the numerous walking paths offered by the area, and the architectural treasures of Touraine (including the nearby Chenonceau castle).
A cooperative cellar 5 minutes walk away.
Several restaurants 5 minutes from the accommodation.
The Beauval Zoo is located approximately 30 minutes from the gîte.
Amboise is less than 20 minutes by car.

Our house is located in the center of the quiet village of Francueil (population 1,400). While this offers great conveniences (a bakery and a Proxi market are just minutes away!), it also requires respect for our immediate neighbors—who are not necessarily on vacation and must not be disturbed after 10:00 PM. Specifically, from 10:00 PM onwards, please ensure you: 1. Stop playing the piano 2. Stay out of the pool 3. Avoid loud talking or shouting. Thank you for your consideration.
Pets are not allowed.
The owners take great care of their home; please treat the amenities and furnishings with respect.
Please note there is a pond in the garden, but it is securely fenced off.
The pool is open seasonally only (mid-May to late September, barring exceptions).

Late check-out and early check-in are available for an additional fee (€10/hour) and upon request only.
