House with all comforts, easy to live in, almost on the same level since only 4 steps separate the kitchen from the large living room. Le Merzer, pretty village ideally located less than 10 minutes from Guingamp, Small town of character, less than 10 minutes from Lanvollon, 25 minutes from Paimpol, 30 minutes from St Brieuc and 40 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast. The first beaches are 20 minutes away (pretty beaches of St Quay Portrieux and cliffs of Plouha (highest cliffs in Brittany) with its various beaches.
