## Space
The flat, on the 2nd floor (no lift) of the "Viabella 2" residence, comprises a living room with a one-and-a-half-seater sofa bed (120x190), a dining table and a fitted kitchen. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and WC. The bedroom, overlooking the residence's quiet, secure courtyard, has a 140x200 double bed.
For children only, a mezzanine (low ceiling) above the living area creates a "cabin" with two 80x190 beds.

The flat has a private, numbered parking space at the heart of the residence.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The flat is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and homely.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 km from the historic centre of Vias. For those preferring to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. This airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

A deposit of €200 will be required on arrival.
Travellers are invited to bring their own bed and bath linen. If you prefer to leave the preparation of your beds to us, you can reserve bed and bath linen kits for €10 per person per stay.
The rental does not include a cleaning fee and a hoover and all the necessary cleaning materials are provided.
However, if you wish, we can do the cleaning for you for a fixed fee of €60 inc. tax.
