Located at the gates of Biarritz, shops, golf and beaches, it will seduce you with its 4 bedrooms, each of them with its private bathroom. (A bedroom with a bathtub), its large bright living room, its heated swimming pool, its garden, its summer kitchen and its plancha.

The 170m2 house welcomes you to a large space, with kitchen open to the living room giving direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.
Cook in a friendly atmosphere with a large central island. In the large pantry adjoining the kitchen, you will find a 2nd refrigerator, a freezer and many storage shelves.

On the first floor: at the entrance on your left a toilet, and on your right: A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying rack and ironing set and storage.
A first bedroom which is the master suite (dressing room + shower room) also gives direct access to the terrace.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms connected by a common balcony. The 2 bedrooms have a double bed, cupboards, and have their private bathrooms.
The fourth bedroom has 2 small beds that can be glued with a mattress topper to create a single double bed. This last bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

In the kitchen you will find: Kettle, juicer, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, wine cellar.

Outside, the heated swimming pool, the sunbeds and the garden furniture, will allow you to relax and enjoy the terrace and the garden in peace where the children can play in peace.
A ping-pong table, and a plancha (to be cleaned when you leave and after each use) complete the garden.

Bed linen is provided during your stay. Bring towels and kitchen linen.

The house is located in the "Chapelet" district, a quiet and new area, not far from the main golf courses of Arcangues and Bassussarry.
You will find the main local shops 2 minutes away by car or 15 minutes on foot at the "Docks de la Négresse".
The beaches and the city center of Biarritz are accessible 10 minutes by car.
