Welcome to the Loft House, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This beautiful home was constructed in 2021 with modern finishes and a well thought out layout! In a great location--just a few miles South of Egg Harbor-- it is perfect for multiple families and can sleep 12 guests!



The Space:

The main level has a beautiful, modern kitchen that is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs and a large dining room table. Gather around the fireplace in the family room on cool evenings. There are 4 bedrooms total: 3 with queen beds, a bedroom with 6 XL twin sleeping spaces, and 2.5 bathrooms.

- Other great local places include: One Barrel Brewery, Hatch Distillery, The Fireside Restaurant, and many other places right in Egg Harbor.

- At dusk, head to Frank E Murphy Park to watch a famous sunset

- Enjoy a round of golf of the Alpine golf course a couple miles down the road

- Take a hike! Door County Land Trust's Launtenback Wood Nature Preserve and Bayshore Blufflands Woodlands Nature Preserve are both nearby.

- No hunting allowed on the property



This property has three outdoor cameras for security when the home is vacant. They are facing the rear side access points of the patio door and the garage service door, and the driveway overhead garage door.



This is a quiet community with residential neighbors. This home is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions or other rowdy gatherings.

Door County is full of many amazing things to see and do! We recommend that you check out Destination Door County, and the visitor's bureau online, to help map out your vacation. "Door County Vacationers" is also a great FB group to join to get recommendations on everything from favorite restaurants to favorite tours, places to rent boats, and things to do.



Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
