Welcome to Beach Happy at Lost Key! Bring the family to this clean, spacious & comfortable townhouse in the Lost Key gated community located in Perdido Key, Pensacola, FL. You’re just a short walk from the white sugar sand & emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse can sleep 6 people. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom & each bedroom has a tv. The living room has a murphy bed. This townhouse features bright & fun coastal decor & is well-appointed with comfortable furniture. It has everything you will need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully equipped kitchen & large porch. You will also have access to a private, member-only 5,000 square foot beach club during your stay! We will consider small dogs, please message host for approval.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your meals including utensils, cookware, & small appliances. There's also a grill to use on the garage level. The dining table has room for 4 & there is seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. There is high speed internet along with 3 smart TV's.



During your stay you will enjoy free admission to the Lost Key Beach Club located across the street. You can walk or take the complimentary shuttle that is provided on a seasonal schedule to this private beach. This open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents & guests. The club offers private beach access, swimming pool, locker rooms with showers, & seasonal beach service. There is also a restaurant at the club (hours vary) for purchase of food, snacks & beverages.



This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. Garbage and Trash Containers; Containers may be placed at the curb no earlier then Tuesday afternoon and must be returned to the respective garage by Wednesday end of day. Garbage cans may not be stored in the back of the Townhouse at any time. Violation of these rules: $50.00 per day of violation



Golf/Carts/Electric Vehicles: Golf carts are to never be parked or driven on the grass. Except for quick stops at a Townhouse where they may remain in the driveway, they are to always be parked inside the garage. Note the intent of "quick stops" is a stop of less than 15 to 30 minutes. Renters or owners who are renting a golf cart MUST BE PRESENT for delivery and pickup/return of a golf cart rental. Golf cart must remain inside garage at all other times, including immediately after delivery. Violation of these rules: $50.00 per day of violation

We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. Be respectful of the property & contents - it is someone's home. Respect your neighbors. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.
