The Maui Beach House is a two story private beach retreat on a calm and private bay. It is a place of unmatched peace, I tranquility, beauty. This idyllic beach house features wide ocean views from all rooms with a total of over 4,000 square feet. of interior and deck space.
The house is elevated approximately 12 feet from the waterline behind a private seawall with steps directly down to the sandy beach.
Most days you will find no one on the this beach except yourself and your fellow guests.
The bay is remarkably calm and is perfect swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking.
It is particularly safe for children as the water is crystal clear with even a sandy bottom.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
There are 4 bedrooms and each has their own en-suite bathroom. The main floor master suite features a king sized bed and a private lanai. Upstairs, the second master suite has a king sized bed with two additional twin day beds. Also upstairs, Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and Bedroom 4 has a queen sized bed. Each second floor bedroom opens to a large second floor lanai with stunning ocean views. There is air-conditioning in every bedroom, ensuring that you will have a great night’s sleep.

MAIN FLOOR LIVING AREA
This spacious and bright indoor/outdoor living area has plenty of comfortable seating, ceiling fans, bar area and large sitting area facing the ocean. There is a huge kitchen area with gas BBQ. Plus retractable doors open just a few feet from the water and you will experience expansive ocean views and some of the most amazing Maui sunsets!

UPPER DECK
You have spectacular views looking down on the clear waters where you can often observe turtles and sea life swimming by. The view stretches from Lanai to the whole of Molokai and you will see a sunset 365 days a year!
The upper deck area has ample seating for sun bathing and a sheltered area with patio furniture.

The north deck has a large cabana with rattan furniture for relaxing and comfort.

The property is fully walled and gated with two gates and a half circle driveway.

The vegetation around the property is such that you feel like you are living on your own private island.

KITCHEN/DINING

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you could possibly need from wine glasses to pots & pans! The kitchen opens to a dining area beyond which you can step into the living room. The dining room has seating at the table for 10 people.

HOUSE POLICIES:

* Please note that weddings/receptions are not permitted without priory authorization
* Quiet hours shall be maintained from 9:00 pm until 8:00 am, during which time the noise from the short-term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the Maui Beach House boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area
* Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited
* Vehicles shall park in the designated onsite parking areas and shall not be parked on the street
* No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur
