Spacious 4/2- Pool & boat dock

Huge roomy house with large entertaining area. 4 bedrooms 2 baths with a big boat dock. This property is located right behind Plantation Inn Resort & Golf Course, on the same canal. Large open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room combo. Huge back room for entertaining with TV and pull-out Queen sleeper couch. 3 minutes away from Three Sister Springs. Fort Island Beach is 7 minutes away. The golf course is one block away. Manatee watch from our dock.

You can go scalloping, enjoy the springs, and golf all in one visit. Fort Island Beach area also has a boat ramp and fishing pier down the road.

I own the other 2 houses across the street and it is a vacation rental as well. Great for a family reunion if you can get all 3 homes. Inquire if you're interested in renting out 2 homes or all 3 houses.

If possible, bring your cooler to store your scallops/fish. There will be NO storage area for your non-shuck scallops.

This is the third time I have stayed at one of Mimi's properties in Crystal River. Like always the property is great to stay at and convenient. The house is spacious and was nice having the dock outside the back door. Will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful home and responsive host! The home is gorgeous and in the perfect spot...dock, pool and all! Kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs.

Great vacation house!

Convenient location on the water. Paddled and saw manatees every day. The house was great for all ages. Plenty of room, clean and well furnished.

Crystal River Home Review

Our group of 9 stayed for 5 nights (ages 3-adult)— overall, we were happy with the property. It was clean and well-stocked. We did have a plumbing issue arise and the owner sent a plumber out the same day to remedy the situation. Communication with the owner was excellent and much appreciated. The only thing I feel is worth mentioning is that there is no pool heater— which might not be an issue depending on the time of year but since we went in March it was a huge bummer the pool was unusable as the water was so cold. Outside of that issue, we were very happy with the layout of the property!

Nice house

The house was nice. Good space for us. We loved the back deck on the water in the mornings. It would have been nice to have more and updated patio furniture.

Best location and house

We stay here every year for the hernando dragon boat races. It’s only 20 minutes from lake hernando. The day after races we get to chill and paddle from the house to the manatees at three sisters.

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful experience at the Crystal River Vrbo home! The property was clean, comfortable and inviting. Its waterfront location with quick access to the boat ramp was a definite plus. We enjoyed boat rides to fish and scallop. If you want to swim with Manatees this is your spot!

Great space and location!

We had a really great long weekend with extended family. The living space is great for large groups. The kitchen was huge and had everything that you could need. I will stay here again!

Wonderful multi family scalloping trip

What a great house located in a quiet area and convenient to everything. The split plan house layout is very accommodating for a couple families to share the space. The boat ride out to the Gulf is simple and beautiful. The kitchen is very open and nice for lots of cooking. Tons of room to sit and eat a meal and several couches for sitting back and relaxing. The pool area is large and the dock was perfect for our 2 boats. Overall a great property and would rent again for sure!! Thanks!!

Fantastic Stay at the Waterfall House

The house was spotless and comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our family time together. We rented a pontoon boat and navigated the canal out to King's Bay pretty easily even at low tide. The rest of our large family stayed at the VRBO across the street (same owner) which was very convenient. We highly recommend this property!

Fabulous house and location

This location is perfect for boating, paddling, fishing and most of all enjoying the manatees! The house layout is spacious and open with bedrooms on both ends of the house to separate the early risers from the late sleepers. I’ll be back.

Perfect

It worked out well in that the family with a small child had one side if the house and the adults with a teenager had another. Close to groceries, restaurants and attractions and not far from Great Grandma! Would stay again.

Perfect on the water location

We launched straight from the backyard with our paddle boards. Some friends rented paddle boards from across the canal. Paddled to three sisters and back.

Great Property!

First I have to rave about the owners and how quick they were to respond and take care of us. Really great people! The house is incredible! Great open plan for a large gathering like we had with plenty of space and a great ambiance. Loved the way it was decorated. It had a very cozy home feel to it. The house was very clean, well stocked everywhere. I was really impressed with what we had available in the kitchen for preparing meals etc. The boat dock and waterfront area was really nice too! I would absolutely rent this home again.

Perfect group retreat

Family emergency

We had a sudden family emergency and needed to travel for a funeral. We thought it would seem less uncomfortable if we were able to get a house with another family member. This property worked amazing for all ages starting at age 4. Would definitely recommend!!

Great experience

Great rental that is right across the canal from the plantation resort and available boat ramp. Accommodated my family and our 35 foot boat wonderfully. Owner was fast to respond to questions and home was just as advertised. Would rent again without question.

Great place loved everything about it

The pictures of the home are nice but when you actually see the place its even better. So much room for the whole family and then some. Great location and the hosts where very accomidating to all our needs. We all cant wait to go back again.
