Ikke kun er beliggenheden ideel, men hjemmet er ADORABLE !!!! Hjemmet er charmerende med trægulve, et stort dæk med komfortable lounge møbler og grill, et solrum og udsigt over canyon og bjergsiden.
Denne udlejning er min baby, så jeg opdaterer løbende det hvert år. Sengen er en cal king size sovevælge seng med memory skum og der er også en ekstra stor sofa, der er behagelig at sove. Der er også en air aero seng.
Jeg bor i hjemmet foran dette sommerhus og er altid tæt på, hvis du har brug for andet end enheden er privat fra hovedhuset med din egen separate indgang.
Gå ikke glip af denne uimodståelige sommerhus i byen! Dette hus har al den charme, der får dig til at besøge Laguna igen og igen.

Det har også en PARKING SPOT (meget behov for LAGUNA)!

Ideal location for walking to great restaurants, shops and the beach. A relaxing oasis in the heart of Laguna village. Outdoor amenities are outstanding. Property owners, Tara and Bruce were very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Absolutely loved our stay!

A Couple’s Retreat

Hot tub was perfect for cool nights. Great beach was an easy, 6 minute walk away. Lots of shopping and places to eat/drink even closer.

Wonderful Place

In walking distance to downtown Laguna and overall a great place to stay. The unit was clean and comfortable with a beachy vibe and the outside living space was so beautiful. We would stay here again. Tara was also a very helpful and friendly host. Thanks for the great stay.

Relax in Laguna Beach

Excellent location within walking distance to beach, restaurants and stores.Great to have a designated parking space. Nice outdoor space including grill and hot tub.

Fabulous Beach House!

The accommodation in Laguna Beach is an exceptional option for your stay. It stands out with its meticulous attention to detail, stunning decor, and a truly magnificent backyard, perfect for relaxation. Another Great Stay

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. You cant beat the location for accessibility to Main Beach, Heisler Park and all that downtown Laguna has to offer. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor tv each night. We hope to return again next year!

Such a perfect place!

The location of this property can’t be beat - grocery store was a 4 minute walk, restaurants and little shops were less than 5 minutes away, and the beach was an 8 minute easy stroll. We loved the patio in the evenings as well; huge plus having the hot tub. Couldn’t recommend this place more if you’re staying in Laguna and want to be near the beach.

Over the years, we've stayed in numerous VRBO rentals along the coast of California and in Hawaii. All of them were nice, but we've never felt compelled to leave a review until now. We rented this guest house for a week and it is absolutely one of our favorite vacation rentals for multiple reasons. The location is perfect as it's located within a short walking distance of literally every place in Laguna Beach you'd likely want to visit (the beach, downtown area, restaurants, etc.). The house itself is great! It's a cute, beach bungalow-style cottage overlooking the hills and part of downtown. It's nicely decorated and very clean. It also has a wonderful patio area outside which includes a hot tub, TV, and a beautiful water feature. Last (but not least), the hosts (Tara and Bruce) are the most amazing hosts we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They provide many amenities that some other VRBO's we've stayed in have not (coffee, snacks, shampoo, etc.). They are also super nice and very responsive to their guests' questions and needs. They truly made us feel at home.We had an incredible experience there and will definitely try to book this house again should we return here in the future. If you are fortunate enough to find this place available during your planned visit, we highly recommend you book it immediately as it is very popular and is often unavailable. You will be very happy if you do!

Location, location, location…oh, and location. This cottage is ideal for your stay at Laguna Beach. It is steps away from the beach, downtown, restaurants, and the sawdust art festival. Everything is walkable. I was skeptical about the statement of park your car and forget about it, but it’s true. The cottage itself is set up well and has everything you’ll need for your stay. Inside and out, this place is amazing. Outside is a beautifully hardscaped patio area with a hot tub, a tv, bbq area, separate seating area and a beautiful waterfall feature. As amazing as the photographs are, they do not do it justice. Inside, you’ll enjoy a full kitchen, a large living room with a huge flatscreen tv, an extended nook area and private bedroom and bathroom. It is professionally cleaned and very well maintained. The air conditioning is fantastic and so is the cool ocean evening breeze. The host was incredibly communicative and the instructions for our stay were clear and easy to follow. My wife and I could not have been more satisfied with our experience. 10 out of 10.

Wonderful stay

What a great stay In beautiful Laguna Beach. The property was clean, quiet, super comfortable and had everything we needed and more (the coffee and snacks were very much appreciated). The location is perfect for walking into town and to the beach. We loved the beautifully landscaped outdoor area and the views of the hills. Tara and her husband were super friendly and welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Stay!

The property is wonderful - from the backyard to the bathroom. It’s just perfect for a couple visiting Laguna. Everything was very clean. The beach and all of downtown Laguna is walkable in a few minutes. Communication with the owner was great as well. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Location

What a great location in Laguna Beach - walking distance to everything you could possibly need - The Festival, Trolley, stores, shopping, restaurants, beach coffee, tacos, and of course the BEACH! Tara is a wonderful host, we can't thank her enough for the hospitatility. Highly Recommend this house!

Tara’s was a great host and the place was great. We loved using the kitchen and hot tub. Walking everywhere and exploring laguna was always an option due to the rentals great location!

Location location

We have stayed at many properties and hotels over the years, but this was probably one of our favorites! Clean, comfortable bed and couch, , super easy check in, everything we needed for the beach/ our stay! Outdoor area makes the place feel MUCH larger! Tara is a great communicator, very quick to respond, very gracious hostess! There is no better location! I’m jealous they get to own this amazing place!:)can’t wait to rent again

Laguna lovely

Clean, comfortable, and roomy. Beautiful back yard area gets morning sun. Location is perfect-- short walk to beach and free trolley. Tara provided very nice touches- some snacks, Keurig cups already there, beyond salt&pepper for spices, olive oil, sugar. The apartment is light filled and has everything you need for cooking and relaxing.

Awesome location - lovely host and a hot tub.

Can’t get a better location to downtown Laguna. What more can you ask for. Great views of downtown Laguna. Hot tub with a flat screen tele. Sunroom that is super cute. Cool waterfall feature. Parking spot. Tara was so sweet and kind to work with. Awesome place for a couple or three people.

Latina Beach retreat

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Had already planned vacation months ago and ended up in town for the passing of my Father and had family in town. Was able to have everyone together to celebrate his life and share meals together. Such a blessing. Will definitely be back. Thank you again.

Nice property with great location

My wife and myself really enjoyed our stay in this property. It is very well equipped if you want to cook at the place. The backyard sitting area is amazing! The hosts are great as far as communication goes. The location is great as well, just a short walk to downtown are and the grocery store (Whole Foods). One little thing, the apartment is a bit small for a group larger than 2 which is hard to see from the pictures, so it was a bit tight when our daughter came to join us for a day. However it was quite adequate for us two

Laguna Vacation

The property is in a great location for walking access to the beach and the shops in Laguna. The hot tub and deck area were added to the ambiance of the space. The kitchen was fully furnished. There was an adequate supply of bed linens and towels. Additional air mattresses were available for additional guests. All in all the place was furnished and comfortable; however, the couch and chair pillows need cleaning or airing since they smelled. The owner spayed the pillows with Febreze which helped a bit. Also, the steps to the unit are narrow and can be hard to navigate when carrying beach furniture and luggage. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

Gorgeous rental - right by the beach.

Oh my goodness - this rental is FABULOUS. We just got home and wish we could still be there enjoying the hot-tub and the five minute walk to the beach. It's a secret jewel in Laguna for sure and the pictures do not do it justice. For one thing there is another patio deck that the owner allows you to share with the bottom rental. The owner rents the bottom unit and is totally amazing. She asked us just exactly how hot we wanted the hot tub because she knew we had a baby coming to the house. Provided a pack n play and also left us yummy treats and coffee and creamer and just everything. The TV was great. We thought we would use the TV by the hottub (it's so awesome) but ended up just chatting all the day instead. You are literally right across the street from Whole Foods and all the best restaurants in Laguna. Thank you so much Tara! We had an amazing time!!

Perfect location

This is an incredible bang for your buck in the heart of Laguna Beach! We stayed for a week and had an amazing stay. It was very clean and Tara was excellent with communication. They even provided a pack n play for our almost 2 year old. It was a hot week but kept extremely comfortable with 2 air conditioning units(a rarity along the beach area). We enjoyed the hot tub almost daily and grilled a few times as well with food from Whole Foods(~5 min walk) to save on restaurants and carry out. Unit had everything we needed- plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, etc. There are several narrow stairs up to the unit which was a little challenging with our toddler, but we were well aware of this in advance from the photos and descriptions. It wasn’t a problem for us as we are able-bodied, but could be challenging for some. The trolley was a lifesaver for us as Laguna has some steep streets to walk. We downloaded the Laguna Beach Trolley app and even though it wasn’t always running perfectly as scheduled, it was well worth it for the time and energy saved! Not to mention beautiful views along PCB. We intend to stay again next year!
