Come enjoy the best vacation ever at our newly updated, all new furniture, appliances and housing wares is located just minutes away from the most magical place on earth. There is 4 bedrooms, a king master and a queen master and 2 double twin themed bedrooms. All bedrooms have tvs. A large south facing inviting pool with night time LED lighting. This gated community of West Haven is quaint and offers a community center with a workout room, tennis courts and volleyball. This house provides the perfect setting for an enchanting vacation. Close to the parks and amazing outlets. Local fresh seafood places and all sorts of restaurants and shopping. Dippin dots ice cream Parlor, coffee shops and more. Groceries are around block. So much to do you will have to book another trip :) We are attentive hosts that love our guests. We are passionate about the area and love to help you as you create your perfect vacation. From park tips to local eateries to needing help at the house we pride ourselves on being a huge asset to our guests. Have any questions before booking feel free to reach out. You must stay here !

We had a fabulous stay in this home for 2 weeks during July. The home is really comfortable, well-maintained and well-equipped. The location of West Haven is fabulous for those visiting WDW and Champions Gate amenities are only a few minutes away. The hosts, Eric and Kelly were wonderful. Communication was quick and easy, the check-in was simple and they were a joy to link up with.I would recommend both the home and the hosts for anyone wishing to stay in the Champions Gate area

Great Escape

This beautiful property is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything you could want. Whether you want to visit the amusement parks, shop, dine, or take a trip to the beach. It is a great location. The house and pool are bigger than the pictures suggest. It was a great vacation house for my family. We loved it!

Perfect home away from home

We loved this property. We have stayed in the area over many different times and this was our favorite home. The home is in a quiet area which we loved. The pool has full sun all day. Lots of fun things to do for the whole family. Kelly and Eric were so easy to talk to and quickly responded to any questions. We would definitely stay here again

Check in was easy , house was clean and tidy fairly up to date host was easy to reach for issues

I would rent again if I wanted to stay in this area but I’d like to be a little closer to Disney The number 4 highway was a nightmare getting to and from Disney so I think I’d like to be closer to Disney Also a hot tub would have been nice to have

Fantastic Property

I highly recommend this property and would certainly return for any future visits to the area. Being recently refurbished its far nicer inside than the standard rental (we've stayed in 7 others within 0.25miles over the last 10 years). The beds and sofas are comfortable, the carpet is new and the bathrooms/kitchen were very clean. There is also games room with pacman, pool and table football not shown in the pictures, that was a nice surprise. The pool is bigger than standard and there is also a nice shaded area on the poolside for the hottest days. I'd also add its not overlooked from the sides or the rear neighbours who must be at least 30 yards away. All the appliances worked and again looked new, TV was huge and wi-fi was fast. The hosts were very responsive when I had questions and genuinely cared that we were enjoying our stay. Best property in West Haven yet.

Reasonable Vacation Home

We only give this home a 3 star for accommodation. It has been painted, new furniture and appliances have been installed and a new roof by the new owners. Most of the home still shows its original construction in 2002 and has not been upgraded. Our biggest concern was the surveillance system installed by the owners. This is stated to be for the safety and security of the guest. There is no access for guests to use this system when staying and is only being controlled remotely by the owners or possibly a third party. You cannot see who is at the door or around the house. For some this maybe be an issue regarding your personal privacy. Something to consider if you are renting this home. The heating and air conditioning is also controlled and has preset limits so this could be possibly another concern for a renter. If you are looking to stay close to Disney for convenience I would not recommend this home as traffic is an issue due to the intensification south of the 192 and Disney. It may not seem far but be prepared to spend a lot of time in slow moving traffic. The rear yard faces south which is great for the sun but you can hear the constant drone of traffic form Interstate 4 which is within close proximity and does not offer any peace and quite if you are looking for that sort of getaway. Owners were very responsive with inquiries when there were a few issues the home. Overall we rate this experience as a 3 star only based on our stay.

Spacious and Pleasant home in quiet neighborhood

The home was very accurately depicted in the pictures and description online. Very spacious and clean home with an updated feel. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The pool was very inviting and relaxing. Lots of extra pool towels. Great dining room for larger families. The host was great to work with and communication was easy. Overall would highly recommend this home.

We decided to buy a home that is one of our favorite spots and share it with others like us that have a taste for adventure. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. Our goal is to create a space that people want to come back and use it like their own over and over again.

This property is close to the happiest place on earth. It’s a little piece of paradise. There is a nice amount of space between the backyard neighbors and privacy between the houses. The house is a well laid out, spacious 1800 sqft and updated in June 2021. Almost everything in the house is new. Just around the corner the house has a new shopping area with many shops and places to eat. There is a community center with a large pool, workout center and tennis courts that is available to the guests that stay with us as well. Our house has an oversized pool just waiting for you to relax in. It is close to everything, parks, stores, local restaurants and so much more.
