✦ Guests will have access to the entire garage apartment equipped with a queen bed, dedicated workspace with desk & a full bathroom with shower & tub.



The Neighborhood:

Hip east Austin neighborhood with lots of bars & restaurants nearby



Getting Around:

$10 Uber/Lyft to downtown. Close to bus stop & 20 minute walk to train station with only a 10 minute drive to downtown! There is free street parking.



Other Things to Note:

✦ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the door.



✦ The detached in-law apartment consists of 1 bedroom & 1 full bathroom. The owner lives in the main house, but it is also rented out occasionally, so you might notice other guests at the main house!



✦ There is no parking in the driveway as it is a shared driveway that the owner uses, but there is plenty of free street parking available!



✦ During the summertime Texas is known to have quite a few bugs & critters, so please be aware of this possibility!
