Located just a 5-minute walk from the harbour and the town centre, with a floor area of 100m² and freshly renovated, it is the ideal place to enjoy a holiday with family or friends and explore the Gulf of Morbihan.

As always with Cocoonr, your holiday home is ready for you to move straight in: your bed will be made on arrival, towels are provided, and Wi-Fi access is included in the price of your booking. To get your stay off to a good start, we’ll provide you with some coffee capsules, tea, sugar, a basic grocery pack, salt, pepper and cleaning products… All you need to do is drop off your bags and discover the charm of the Gulf of Morbihan!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 50 m² living area with a TV, Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sofa, dining table and fireplace
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, gas hob…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (160x190) with a view of the garden, an en-suite shower room and a separate toilet accessible from the bedroom
- 1 separate toilet

First floor:

- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed and two single beds
- A shower room with a shower and a separate toilet

You will also have access to a small detached chalet at the bottom of the garden:
- Bedroom 4: a double bed
- A shower room with a shower and one toilet

For even greater comfort: a cot, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A lovely garden in the heart of the town + a terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
- A garage for storing bikes or motorbikes.

The house is ideally situated in Vannes, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…
