We loved On the Lawn

It was in a wonderful, quiet location within Seaside close to 2 pools,new Athletic center and tennis courts and playgroud. It took about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The house was very clean and well equipped.

Spectacular!

The most fabulous house in the perfect location! I couldn't believe it the first morning when we woke up to deer grazing on the lawn. Majestic! Just a short stroll to the beach, shops, food and fun. We would definitely stay here again. The house is so lovely!

Nice, new place!

This home was very spacious with a great location. The kids loved playing sports in the park right out the front door. The kitchen area is very well equipped and the butlers pantry is a great for functionality with large groups and kids. The furnishings are high end and thoughtfully selected. It’s a short walk to central square at seaside.

Great New House

Our family of 8 stayed here and had a great time. This is a new three story house that is fully stocked. We could walk to seaside square or the beach, kids had bikes. No need for golf cart. Property Management is very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Fun Flies When Having Family Time in Seaside

Great Place

Worth noting that the "King Studio" downstairs is actually just a sleeper sofa with no door etc. Would not count on using as a bedroom. This was the only issue we encountered. Only downside to Seaside and Walton Beach(And everyone is free to go wherever they can afford)are manners and respect for others are not items that are packed for beach vacation. If walking to beach or restaurants, half your time is spent dodging regular or electric bicycles or golf carts which have no speed limits.

Last minute change

Reviewer Comments: We arrived for Fall break at a different rental house (different rental company) and quickly smelled mold and had hours to find something else before everyone was gone for the day. This house just happened to be available, and the rental company was so helpful and accommodating at such short notice. We were in this house within an hour of needing a new place to stay! The rental assistant was amazing, and the house was better than we expected! It was such a delightful experience given our situation. Highly recommend Homeowners Collection!

Beautiful Home with a lot of space

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful, the kitchen had a prep area, massive refrigerator and stove. The beds were very comfortable and the laundry appliances were great. It was a short walk to 30a and a ten-15 minute walk to the uncovered outdoor pool. We had a few issues with regulating the water temperature in the house. A few of the bedrooms either had cold or burning temps, no where in between for the week we were there. Maintenance did attempt to reset and help but didn’t resolve in every bathroom. Otherwise we had a wonderful vacation!

First time seaside stay

Good solid stay. Was a bit disappointed in how dirty the floor were. Maybe that is the nature of the beach but our feet were black within minutes of being there so pack some slippers or socks. The elevator was great to get luggage etc to top floors but the doors to the elevators are wonky and took an act of God to get opened. Once we figured it out it was fine. I was also a bit disappointed that our electricity went out which is not the managers fault but we called to find out if it was just our home or a bigger outage and.no one ever called us back. I liked the location of this home but man it’s crowded in Seaside and not great parking in the community. For future stays, I think Rosemary may be a butter overall experience.

Just What We Wanted and More!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and perfect for two families to share for a week long relaxing vacation. I was worried about the location because the house looks a little bit tucked away from everything on the map, but the location within Seaside was far better than I expected - easy to walk or bike to everything (pools, restaurants and beach). The customer service was spectacular. My friend accidentally left her purse behind(!!!) and it was mailed back to her promptly. The kids loved playing on the lawn directly in front of the house. It was picturesque and we loved sitting on the porch each morning drinking our coffee. I wish I was there right now.

A very unexpected disappointing visit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our concerns included the following: • The downstairs mini-split air conditioning unit leaked continuously throughout our stay. We had to keep towels underneath it every day to absorb the significant amount of water leaking onto the floor. • The refrigerator’s filtered water system was unusable. Before booking, I specifically was confirmed that the home had filtered drinking water. Upon arrival, we discovered the water filter had not been replaced and was completely clogged. This was not corrected until Thursday after a replacement filter was installed. • The elevator malfunctioned from the first day of our stay. It was not fully repaired until Thursday afternoon. On Tuesday, after returning from the beach, the elevator failed again, leaving my husband and me waiting on the ground floor for over an hour until someone arrived to repair it. Robert, the property’s maintenance man, came to inspect the property on Wednesday of all ofour concerns and issues. The elevator was still not functioning properly until the following afternoon. • The shower on the East King master bedroom bathroom would not produce hot water. • The bathtub handheld wand in that same bathroom did not function because it was clogged due to inadequate maintenance. This was finally repaired on Wednesday. • Both ovens in the gas range were unreliable. They occasionally worked but failed to operate most of the time, making meal preparation frustrating and unpredictable. • The beverage refrigerator was inoperable. We were informed it could not be repaired during our stay because replacement parts were unavailable. • The ice maker was broken throughout our stay, requiring us to purchase bags of ice. • The coffee maker was missing its permanent filter. We had to purchase paper coffee filters in order to make coffee without grounds.

Following your departure, we were unable to replicate the reported mini-split leak, and the system was confirmed to be operating properly. We also verified that the ovens, hot water, bathtub fixture, and other reported items were either functioning correctly or had been addressed. The home continues to maintain a 9.6 guest rating, reflecting the experience of the vast majority of our guests. During your stay, our team responded promptly, coordinated repairs, and provided refunds and discounts as a gesture of goodwill. While we respectfully disagree with several aspects of your review based on our findings, we believe we responded fairly and appropriately to every concern raised.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at On The Lawn in Seaside. The house was plenty big, if not too big, for all of us to stay (10 total people). The only issue we had was the water in the kitchen and bar area was taking too long to cool down. It defaulted to warm/hot water when turned on. We texted Homeowners Collection about a toilet handle that was not working properly and they sent someone out promptly. When the plumber got there I asked him to look at the hot water situation as well and he did so and was able to fix it enough that you let the water run for 15 or so seconds and it would then cool down. We appreciated the prompt and professional service that was provided. Location of the house was a little further back from the beach which we liked, still only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The privacy at night was great and we were very close to the pickleball courts which was nice. They had security continually surveilling the area which we also appreciated. I would recommend this house for large families. The only problem with staying in these bigger houses though is that you only get two parking passes. So if the house sleeps 16 people and you have a couple of families that drive or even 3 families that drive you are stuck with the dilemma of what to do with the third car. We love Seaside though and have never had any problems, highly recommend.

Great house, amazing kitchen, 10/10

Fantastic house in the back of Seaside. We have historically stayed closer to the main square so this was our first time staying towards the back of the development. We loved the location directly across from the lawn. Very quiet and peaceful. Hands down best kitchen amenities out of any rental we have ever stayed in anywhere. Everything was top of the line and brand new. Loved this house, loved the elevator (made unloading/loading a breeze), loved the location. Would definitely rent this again.

Perfect house for a big family

We loved the house. It was clean, close to the beach and other seaside activities. Would love to stay again.

Great Stay in Seaside

Best property we’ve stayed at in Seaside. We will definitely look to book this specific property again in the near future.
