The Community

LOCATION! This beautiful waterfront condo community is in the prime location for you to enjoy your perfect Florida dream vacation! Located on the Dunedin Causeway/Beach & just before Honeymoon Island Beach and ferry to Caladesi Island (voted one of the BEST beaches in the U.S.). This waterfront community has it all. A fishing pier, 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, heated pool, recreation room with ping pong and large screen TV, and outdoor gazebo grilling areas overlooking the water. Located within walking distance to Famous Frenchy's Grill, other local restaurants and bars, shopping, groceries, pharmacies and the amazing Pinellas Trail to get out and enjoy the great outdoors. Just a few miles from Downtown, Dunedin's Beaches offer a wonderful recreational area for the outdoorsman, sun seeker shell collector or nature enthusiast.

Pinellas Trail

The Pinellas Trail is a 45 mile paved trail extending from Tarpon Springs to St Petersburg, FL and runs through the heart of downtown Dunedin. The trail has walkers, bikers, skaters and joggers. Motorized vehicles are not allow but electric bikes are now permitted. There are several bike rental businesses on the trail as well.

The trail has a multitude of stopping points with bars, dining, farmer’s market, local entertainment and shopping along the way. There are even water fountains for you and your dog and even has a few bike repair poles with common tools to fix your bike under way.

The Space

This 2 bedroom 2 bath, newly remodeled condominium is a split floor plan. Master bedroom has a King size bed, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with tub, dresser and TV. Second Bedroom has a full-size bed, large walk-in closet, dresser and across hall to bathroom. Living Room has a beautiful sofa with a pull-out full size bed. Condo is furnished and decorated with beach theme and is light and bright! The kitchen has everything you would need for cooking and the bathrooms and bedrooms are stocked with extra towels and sheets, along with beach towels, and beach chairs. There is a spacious outdoor balcony off the living room with cozy chairs where you can enjoy the Gulf breeze and Florida sun. This property is set up like a luxury hotel with attention to detail at every turn! There is one assigned parking spot (no commercial vehicles) next to the building and there is plenty of guest parking.

The Area

Just beyond Downtown Dunedin is the new Dunedin Stadium, TD Ballpark, Home of the Spring Training of the Toronto Blue Jays!

Famous Clearwater Beach is less than 10 miles away from the Condo.

Walk Disney World Orlando is approx 1 1/2 hours away.

Busch Gardens Tampa is less than 30 miles away.

Wonderful hosts, easy communication, very supportive & accomidating. Amenities went above & beyond. Use of bikes & kayaks, welcome basket of snacks, state park pass & laundry card all made my stay quite enjoyable. Residents were helpful & friendly. The location was convenient, well lit & safe. Would not hesitate to return.

Our stay was wonderful! Condo looked exactly like the photos and everyone around us in the Condos were very welcoming and kind. Quiet and peacful location yet close enough to anything you need. Most beautiful Sunsets you will see and watchingbthw dolphins play is an added bonus. Kristin & her husband were great and a phone call away for anything we needed. Highly recommend their place and hospitality.

You could not ask for a better location. You have the Causeway, Pinellas Trail, Honeymoon Island, stores and restaurants all within walking distance. The condo was updated and spotless. The host was friendly and very accommodating.

Great Location

Stayed with a couple of friends in this lovely Condo. There was nothing that had not been thought of. Pool and pool area were very nice and kept clean at all times. Bedding was beautiful.. beds extremely comfortable and the location was perfect. We didn’t have a car on this visit but everything was easily accessible. The Jolley Trolley is a pleasure to ride and inexpensive. In all a very relaxing month….thanks a million.

There's no place like this place

There is no place like this place anywhere near this place. I write this review from Palm Pavillion after biking here for lunch. Dolphin point is on the bike trail and the causeway to Honeymoon Island and and generally within walking or biking distance of everything you could desire. John and Kristin are above and beyond your average host

Picture perfect home

This home was perfect. We stayed for a month while our home was being repaired. Work was delayed and I wish it wasn’t rented so we could have stayed. Stylishly updated and couldn’t think of anything missing. Communication was great. Kristin checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Our grandson loved fishing every day and the sunsets are amazing. We hope to return for another visit. Thank you

Great Stay, Great Hosts

We stayed in John & Kristen's condo for the month of December. This 2nd floor Condo is just as described. It's a very roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit; clean and updated. The kitchen was well stocked and even had an air fryer, crock pot, Keurig and a large Brita type water filter in the frig. Appreciated having a large pantry for our food stuffs. The king size bed was very comfortable. We liked that the large balcony had sunshine most of the day and was sheltered from the wind that came off the bay. So even on the cold and windy days we were still able to enjoy the sun. We had the warm pool to ourselves most of the time. Enjoyed using their kayaks which were easily put in the water right next to where they're stored. We brought our own bikes so didn't use theirs, but they looked fine. There are so many biking options nearby. The Pinellas trail is not to be missed. Our hosts also gave us access to their annual pass for Honeymoon Island State Park. We went everyday, sometimes more. Sunsets were spectacular. There is no washer/dryer in the condo. However, the on site Laundry Room is very clean and appliances look new. All our interactions with others at the complex were friendly and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've reserved a spot for next year!

Perfect In Every Way

We could not have asked for a better experience. The location on the water with the dock became my every evening wind down to watch the colorful sky at sunset. The condo was comfortable and decorated with extra care and thought and clean. As we stayed a month it was a perfect home away from home. Our hosts were fantastic and really cared about making our stay comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay!

This condo is a great place to spend a month or more. It is clean and comfortable - looks exactly like the pictures. Has everything you need to enjoy yourself. The complex is located right off the Dunedin Causeway along the water and is convenient to Honeymoon Island, Dunedin, Palm Harbor and Tarpon Springs. And you can't find better hosts than Kristin and John. They were super responsive and made us feel welcome from the start. I would certainly rent again and highly recommend this for anyone.

Booked next year already

This property was all and more than expected. John And Kristin did not miss a trick. There was no transition period. We immediately felt at home. My days consisted of a morning bike ride on Pinellas Trail, followed by stretching in the 86 degree pool. The full kitchen allowed us to prepare whatever we fancied. The local dining experiences seem endless. Honeymoon Island is in walking distance and is a beautiful bicycle ride. I booked next year about half way through this stay. I give it 5 stars across the board,
