Adventure awaits you at this 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom cabin located on the ATV trail with access to miles of miles of riding. Within walking distance to the boat launch, beach, and park on Lake Arbutus. Area has great hiking, boating, swimming in the summer and Ice fishing, snowmobiling, and nearby ski hill in the winter. All the outdoor activities you can imagine. Cabin features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 queen futon in living room, and room for air mattresses if needed. Large 4 seasons room, deck with fire pit overlooking wooded lot with deer and wildlife. Eat-in open kitchen, WiFi access, Roku TV, and washer and dryer available. Linens provided. Guests will need to bring towels for bath/kitchen

Sisters weekend

We had a great time. We went UTV'ing, kayaking, antiquing, fishing. The location was perfect for all this. Had a lot of fun and the Host was amazing!

July 2024 trip

Always enjoy staying here. Perfect location to trail riding, nice quiet neighborhood and love to watch the deer come into the yard at sunset. Very peaceful and private setting. Nick is awesome host and great to work with if you need nanything he does his best to accommodate. Already looking forward to the next trip and will definitely be back. Thanks Nick for everything.

Great weekend!

This rental house was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was such a convenient location. It was very clean and the family room and kitchen were very spacious. The backyard is beautiful and there were a family of deer back there with two Fonz that we enjoyed watching. Nick was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Annual ATV Trip

This house in Hatfield is great! This is our second year of staying here. We like there are plenty of rooms. The kitchen is large enough to have multiple people to cook and hang out. This house is perfect location for the ATV trails. Nick was quick to respond when I contacted him. We will book this house next year for our annual trip.

Great place!

We greatly enjoyed this location. The back room worked great as the kid room & each couple had their own bedroom. The lot is a great size with an awesome back yard, we enjoyed a few night of yard games. Very close to the UTV trails & water access was close & easy. The place felt very clean & is very spacious. Thanks so much for the great stay!

Great location

We had a an amazing time staying at this house it was clean. The landlords came and asked us if we needed anything and were more than helpful. Perfect location for if you’re riding trails. Plenty of parking they were four couples and we each had trucks and trailers and there is plenty of parking. We will definitely be back to this home!!!

Really enjoyed staying here this was our 2nd time renting this home. Great location and area and really nice home. The owner Nick is really nice guy to work with and very accommodating. We will rent again!

Great location, lots of room, great value!

This is a nice unit with a ton of room. Well stocked, big rooms, and great location. We loved the back porch, with lawn chairs, and fire pit. You must bring your own wood, which we had plenty. Two nice size bedrooms with plenty of storage. However, it only had 1 bathroom. We only had 4 people in the unit and on occasion became a problem. It really could use another 1/2 bath. If you had more than 4 people, it could become a problem. The shower door leaked water over the floor. But I understand the owner knows it and is going to be fixed in the future. The back deck is spacious but will need restaining soon. Overall great location, nice big unit, plenty of room to park cars with trailers, and would defiantly book again!

We looked for a home that would be close to the trail head and was clean.

We were not disappointed the home was spacious and accommodating . The house is easily one the easiest VRBO experiences we have had. I would recommend to anyone. Nick was a grasious host.

Bruce’s birthday

It was ever thank that we needed. Close to Utv trails and gas station. Only problem was accessing the house someone locked the door the code worked but the door knob was locked. We were able to find a patio door was not locked and gain access.
