This completely renovated and sumptuous setting is suitable for your holidays and business stays. It is close to the port, Nausicaa, the casino and the beach. Bright and equipped, it will make you feel at home in the company of your loved ones.
Its location is also an asset to allow you to enjoy the city center without the nuisances.
This charming 32m² apartment has been configured in several dedicated spaces for your comfort, it is on the first floor and includes:
- A sleeping area with a double bed of 140/190 size, a pleasant mattress to spend a peaceful and restful night, carefully prepared sheets are provided;
- A living room equipped with a 2-seater sofa, a 32" TV with a range of channels + NETFLIX;
- A kitchen equipped with fridge, 3-burner hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, coffee capsules, tea, kettle, kitchen utensils and a snack;
- A workspace set up for teleworking;
A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, bath towels, bath mats, toilet paper are also available;
- Parking spaces available around the accommodation.
- No parties.
- Leave the accommodation clean.

- Respect the neighbours.
The entrance to the accommodations are autumn with an electronic keybox system.
Before your arrival, we will send you all the useful codes (keybox code, Wi-Fi name, Wi-Fi code...) in order to facilitate your access and allow you to feel at home.
You will have access to the entire accommodation.

Check out: until 11am
Late check-out and early check-in is possible as an option among our many extras.

Housekeeping is included for all stays booked with us, but you will be responsible for tidying up the accommodation and removing rubbish.
We share some nice places to visit in the city and spend a pleasant stay.
