Relax in this elegant and quiet accommodation in the middle of the Lot and Garonne countryside, in a renovated outbuilding adjoining the family home.
Small but cozy, ideal for a romantic weekend, or a family stay to discover the region; we also offer a wellness area with 7 pl spa and relaxing massages on site with SANDRA SIX (additional services, on reservation, contact us).

We can advise you on outings around the accommodation, activities, restaurants, tourist sites...
We are located 20 minutes from Villeneuve sur Lot, between Agen and Bergerac, (about 45m for both), in the heart of the Bastides Haut Agenais region.

Accommodation:
In a cabin spirit, the 40m2 cottage includes 1 round bedroom with 1 140cm bed, 1 living room with open kitchen, 1 sofa bed and 1 small covered terrace with views of the countryside.

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, a small fridge with freezer compartment, and the crockery necessary for cooking.
The shower room is equipped with a heated towel rail, and small storage space as well as a hairdryer.

Bed linen, towels and dish towels/hand dryers, (toilet paper also) are included in the reservation as well as cleaning.

On the terrace, there is a sofa bed with cushions (in summer) to enjoy the view, and calm.
Garden furniture also awaits you (in the summer)
The Spa area is located in a room next to the cottage, dedicated to your use. Remember to bring "flip-flop" type shoes to move around, and a bathrobe if you wish.

Sandra is very attentive, discreet and very efficient.
The land is accessible to you, surrounded by hedges and with fields all around.

The accommodations are at the end of a dead-end road, with a gate that you have to ring the bell. We will welcome you and introduce you to the cottage. We will then see together the modalities.

We can adapt to your particular requests as far as possible:
