Hike the nearby White Mountains in the summer and ski the runs right outside your front door come snow season. This 3-bed, 3-bath vacation rental also offers easy access to the Attitash Resort 9 miles away, Echo Lake Park just 2.5 miles out, and minutes from Mount Washington. Between the shops of downtown and the scenery of the Kancamagus Highway, this top-floor Penthouse is ideally location for all kinds of fun!

Awesome spot to maximize time on the mountain.

Had a great time and really enjoyed the extra space this luxurious condo provided. Everything we needed was there and there couldn't have been a more convenient location for skiing. Would recommend!

Very spacious nice tall ceilings clean, garbage disposal was broke, but was fixed promptly Some beds were a little stiff. Overall is was wonderful, I enjoyed my stay.

Spacious Luxury Skiing

Our stay at Jenn’s property was amazing! It was our second time staying in the unit. There is so much space for the entire family and wonderful views of the ski mountain from the primary bedroom! We look forward to returning to the property! Thanks for a great stay!

Location was perfect for family to ski and view of south slope I was able to watch them from master suite. Condo had plenty of room and kitchen well stocked. We would rent again

Family fun!

We had a wonderful experience renting the penthouse at Kearsarge Brook: it was immaculate clean, roomy and had everything we needed. The pool & hot tub were a big hit as well as the tubing park and outdoor amusement rides. We couldn’t have been happier!

Awesome Getaway!

My family was looking for a relaxing, end-of-summer getaway in the North Conway area and couldn't be more grateful for finding this listing! The accommodations were unique, upscale, tasteful and comfortable, by owners who had thought of everything. The location was close to shops, conveniences and attractions. The owners could not have been more friendly, helpful and communicative. Our stay was an outstanding experience and we can't wait to go back!

Great location at Cranmore!

We had a great stay at Cranmore over school vacation. The unit was well stocked and in a great location right on the mountain. It was clean and a great size for our group of 5. The check in process was easy and communication with the owner/property manager was good. Our only feedback is that the mattresses in the master and guest room were very firm and not the most comfortable, but everything else was great!

My first time renting a vrbo and it was easy and exactly what we expected from pictures.

Very nice place to stay, close to downtown and other surrounding location to visit. We had a couple issues at start but but was taken care of immediately. However on the last night we went to turn on tv in queen room and no remote.

Cranmore February break

Amazing unit! Plenty of room to spread out with 4 young kids and enjoy the many activities Cranmore has to offer. I would highly recommend staying here with friends and/or family. With the convenience of being directly on the mountain and having the luxuries of a beautiful custom condo to come home to makes Fairbanks Lodge second to none in the area.

Fabulous!

Our family recently stayed at Jennifer’s condo. It was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed for the weekend. They even had bowls, plates and utensils for young children. We loved all the cozy blankets throughout. They helped make for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend! Would highly recommend this condo to everyone! Hoping to stay here in the future. Thanks for a great weekend Jennifer!

Beautiful condo, great location!

This is our second year staying in Kearsage, first time in this condo. The larger space was perfect for our young kids who need a little space to move (or run) around. Location is perfect for access to Beginners Luck and other easy trails. The pool, hot tub, gym access is so nice. The extra amenities the owner provides is also very appreciated. As a mom of young kids I tend to over pack so many basics and necessities. Thank you for providing so many of these to your renters. The stocked kitchen essentials, pots pans, etc. We will be back next year for sure!

First off the place was beautiful on the inside. Its is also centrally located. The views were amazing. The condo was beyond comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed. The 3 bedrooms and Bathroom were perfect for our family. You could easily put two small families in this condo with plenty of room. The TV's were all smart TVs or had cable. Internet worked perfectly. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Jenn the host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. We ran into our own problems not with the condo, she helped us out and saved the day. Can't say enough good things.

Amazing property!

We love skiing at Cranmore and were thrilled to have access to convenient ski in and ski out and this amazing property. The condo was immaculately clean, spacious and very comfortable for our entire family for our stay. One of the best aspects of the condo is the kitchen - it's large, nice appliances, and has a beautiful island for food prep and family to gather at. We cooked all of our meals at the condo! We brought more than we needed to because I wasn't sure what type of cooking and cleaning supplies would be available. Would be great if the listing included some of those details. My only other point of feedback is the mattresses in the bedrooms which are very hard. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Condo!

This penthouse condo is beautiful, very spacious, and super updated and clean. So relaxing to be somewhere so beautiful. The location is awesome, just a 2 minute drive to downtown North Conway. They are building more condos and u see construction near the pool so it was a little loud by the pool but outside of that everything was perfect and very convenient!

Great family vacation spot

Stayed with our three kids and this place was great. Very nice and comfortable, great amenities like the pool and easy access to all the North Conway and white mountains activities. Highly recommended.
