Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat with sea views, set in the town of L’Île-Rousse. It features a swimming pool, is situated approximately 50 metres from the beach, measures 50 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a sleeping area and a shower room. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, along with brand-new bedding – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 16 m² living area with a new double sofa bed (140 x 200), a dining area and a TV..
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with one new queen-size double bed (160×190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
On the mezzanine
- A sleeping area with 4 single beds (90×190)

Outside:
- A shared, unfenced, unheated swimming pool (4×12 m), open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A 7 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in L’Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

L’Île-Rousse, nicknamed the ‘Saint-Tropez of Corsica’, has something for everyone: sun-seekers will love Corsica’s warmest microclimate! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its stunning landscapes.
- The Promenade de la Marinella, which runs along the coast to the fabulous Place Paoli.
- Riding club for trips to La Pietra
- Jet-ski hire
- Tourist train

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park.

- Nearest railway station: L’Île-Rousse, 2 km away (4 mins by car, 18 mins on foot)
- Nearest airport: Calvi, 24 km away (28 mins by car)
