You will have the opportunity to enjoy the mountain and all its activities winter as summer.
Note: the car is essential for this accommodation in winter.

Located on the second floor without elevator, this sunny accommodation comprises:
- Two bedrooms with two double beds and a bunk bed.
- A bathroom with shower.
- A fully equipped kitchen.
- A lounge area where you can relax after a day out.
- And a fully equipped terrace.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, washing machine, oven, fridge, hairdryer, parking, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
One of the strong points of this apartment is its location:
- It is located in a suburban area close to all amenities (however, the use of a car is recommended).
- It is an ideal starting point for all excursions in the valley.
- It offers easy access to all shops and sporting activities.
- It provides access to the resorts and passes in summer.
- It offers hiking and cycling trails.
- The Bourg-Saint-Maurice TGV train station is a 5-minute drive away.
For your daily needs, you'll find Bourg-Saint-Maurice's Intermarché SUPER just a 7-minute walk away.

In summer, you'll have access to the Iseran and Petit-Saint-Bernard passes.
