A private, outdoor tubular swimming pool is available depending on weather conditions (please contact the owners). On the ground floor of the cottage: a games room/lounge with a foosball table, board games, and books. Located 42 minutes from Paris by TGV and 1 hour from the Loire Valley châteaux, this house boasts an ideal location and is perfect for relaxation and a stay with family or friends. You will be situated in the heart of the countryside on a large, enclosed property (1 hectare). Children and adults alike can discover and enjoy the presence of pygmy goats, rabbits, chickens, and sheep that roam freely in the adjacent park. Come and explore the surrounding countryside! Le Mans, Tours, Orléans, and Chartres are 70 km away, and Blois is 55 km away. You are at the center of all the tourist attractions, providing plenty to keep you busy during your vacation!
