This is a quiet mountaintop area with many parks, waterfalls, adventure, hiking, biking, fishing, skiing, snow-tubing, river-tubing, antiques, boutiques, music & festivals nearby. The location is great for getting away from it all but still being close to everything. Within a 5-15 minute drive from the house there is so much to explore. Go hiking in your own backyard...the house sits on 6 acres! Also check out the hiking at Pratt Rock (known as New York's Mount Rushmore) only 5 minutes away.

The house is a converted barn from the 1800s. There is beauty and character everywhere you turn. The house has plenty of space with a huge living/dining area, 2 decks, and 5 bedrooms. There is a sauna and game room in the basement.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms. One room has 1 queen bed, the second has 2 twin beds, and the third has 1 single bed. There is a pack n play for little ones.

The second floor has two master suites. Each suite has a king sized bed and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Please note that in each suite, there is a curtain separating the bathroom from the bedroom area.

We have two decks set up for outdoor dining. The larger deck has a 4 burner Weber grill. There is also a playground and fire pit.

You will have the entire property to yourself throughout your stay. We absolutely love the Catskills and cannot wait to share our home with you. Check out our guidebook for things to do in the area.

Guest access
You can park your car right on the property. Space for several cars. No street parking. No uber/lyft currently in the area.

Please map out your route before you start driving and look over our check in information....you may lose service as you near our house. We do have WiFi once you arrive.

Absolutely no smoking inside the house. No parties. No pets.
