Its privileged location 10 minutes from Lorient and on the Place de Lomener, and its south-facing terrace, where you can soak up the sun during the day, will make your stay unforgettable!
The flat sleeps up to 2 people.
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.)
- Living room with TV, coffee table, sofa bed (high quality)
- Shower room with bath, heated towel rail, washing machine and hairdryer
- Separate WC
- Bedroom with 160cm bed and storage space
- Balcony/terrace with sea view, dining table and sun lounger
The first beaches and bus routes are just opposite the flat.
Amenities in the immediate vicinity (supermarket, bars, restaurants, crêperie, hairdresser, etc.).
Pets not allowed. Private parking space (No. 10).
Coastal path opposite the flat. A change of scenery guaranteed!
