Luxury Beach Condo

Welcome to our brand-new, spacious, 3BR/3BA beach condo, just steps away from the sand.

**We survived the hurricanes. No damage to our home. Our complex is open and the heated pool is working** Our condo has everything you may need. A fully-equipped kitchen, a balcony to relax on, a temperature-controlled pool, washer and dryer in the condo, brand-new TVs, high speed Wi-Fi, beach towels, beach accessories, a cooler & more.

We have 3 bedrooms that each have their own bathroom attached. 2 bedrooms have a queen bed with upscale bedding, the master has a king bed with upscale bedding, black out shades and a walk-in rain shower.

The condo is conveniently located on Madeira Beach. There is a beach store, grocery store and liquor store just a couple steps away and the attractions of John’s Pass are close by, too. You will also be able to walk to nearby bars and restaurants. And if you don’t feel like walking, you can take the free beach trolley.

We decorated and furnished the place in a coastal, beach theme to create the perfect vacation getaway. We love our condo and you hope enjoy it as much as we do!

Friends and family get away

This property was great! Everyone had their own space and bathroom. There is a keurig and the outdoor space was awesome for morning coffee. We had a blast. Rented scooters, went to the beach every day, swam in the pool, ate at wonderful restaurants, went up to honeymoon island and to some museums in Bradenton and St. Pete. This is my most favorite place to be and it was so good coming back again.

Great Property!

Extremely well stocked property with a great location. The place was very clean when we arrived and the host was very responsive when we had issues connecting to the WiFi. The host also allowed us to check in an hour early which was much appreciated. Overall, staying here was a pleasure and we can’t wait to visit Madeira beach again!

5-star Madeira Beach Condo

We were in town for an 18u softball tournament and found this property on VRBO because it was close to the fields. It turned out to be all that was promised and more with a location that was close to the beach, the grocer, restaurants, and everything that Madeira Beach and the surrounding Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater area has to offer. This beautiful home was spacious and well equipped with wonderful furnishings and nice little touches of decor that made it feel homey and special. The hosts, Kevin & Tim, were responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. They recommended several restaurants, and we went to Dave’s Dockside, Wahoo, and Snapper Seaside Grill; all of which were excellent. The nearby beach is a stones throw away and beautiful with a gorgeous stretch of the ocean that makes for a great vacation day at the beach. We find that sometimes with a VRBO rental it does not meet expectations but in this case the property exceeded any and all hopes that we had coming in and I’m fairly certain that we’ll be back in the future. If you’re planning to visit Madeira Beach or the St. Pete area … do yourself a favor and rent this property from Kevin & Tim.

Perfect Getaway

We had a great week in this condo! Kevin & Tim are amazing and very responsive. Check in/out were seamless and probably the easiest/best experience we’ve ever had. We had four adults and two kids (4 & 7). Extremely convenient location. Condo is very clean with modern amenities described, honestly one of the most accurate listings/photos of a property we’ve encountered. Includes rolling cooler, umbrella, beach chairs, pool noodles, sand buckets & board and card games. Minimal breakable, kid-level decor was a bonus. The hair dryers & bath/hand/ beach towels are high quality. All bedrooms are spacious and have quality décor and bedding. Beds are more on the firm side but still comfortable. The pillows are all on the softer/flatter side, would love a little more variety. All beds/baths had at least one nightlight. Our only ‘wish it were different’ comments: The bathroom with the large pedestal sink had minimal storage space for toiletries for our longer stay. Master bedroom does not have door to separate the toilet/shower area from bedroom, they are around the corner of the wall. The two queen bedrooms are on the ‘hallway’ side of the building and have light filtering shades - at night it was very bright. *We came prepared with suction cup clips and blackout curtains that did fit nicely between the shade and window. We’ve recommended this condo to all our friends and would definitely stay again, Thank you!

Beautiful condo and great location!

We had a great relaxing week in this condo. Cannot beat the ease of access to the grocery, drugstore, beach shop and the beach. Walkable to many restaurants and ice cream shop, as well as mini golf. Condo was beautiful and comfortable. Communication with owners was fabulous. Thank you!

Perfect Getaway!

Perfect getaway with my girlfriends to celebrate my 40th birthday. Walkable to the beach, grocery store, stops, CVS, coffee, bars and restaurants. Good amenities and beach accessories. Condo was incredibly clean and spacious. Great little patio. Loved our time and would definitely book again. Thank you!!

Madeira Beach Condo

We had a great stay! The condo is super clean, spacious, and well stocked. We enjoyed each having our own bathroom in each bedroom. The kitchen and living area was very open and accommodating. The condo included a variety of beach chairs, a large (brand new) cooler, and beach towels. This made traveling via plane much easier. The condo is a close walk to the beach and tons of restaurants. The communication between the hosts was very easy and they were quick to respond with anything we needed. We can’t wait to stay again in the future!

The condo was exactly as stated in the description. Dealing with Tim & Kevin was very seamless. One of the easiest "checkouts" I have ever experienced. The condo was perfect and fully stocked with everything you should need for your stay. The location is awesome

Perfect friends getaway

This property is absolutely perfect for 3 couples! Very clean and had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to have a few more chairs on the patio. We’ll definitely be back!

Christmas at the beach

My family of 6 truly enjoyed our stay. The condo provided everything we needed from comfort, cleanliness, beach chairs and toys, games, privacy, security, beautiful heated pool, parking, the list goes on. We didn't need for anything. Our hosts were super responsive and helpful! We would recommend this space to all our fiends and family who are visiting the area.

Fantastic spot close to everything!

Just want to thank the owners for our great stay! Property is located a hop, skip and jump to beach,pool,mini golf,bars, food store and plenty of places to eat. Will be back for sure! House is a comfortable home away from home feeling…very clean and modern! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

Softball national 18 u

Could walk to the ballpark (R.O.C.park). The beach and Windixie grocery if we need in thing. 5 minute drive to all the shops. Will definitely be back. Had a great time

Beautiful condo

This condo was beautiful and so clean! It is exactly like the photos. Working with the owners was a breeze and they’re super responsive and accommodating. There is a ton to do just in walking distance to this unit. Johns Pass Village is a few minute drive - 10/10 recommend checking it out!! We would absolutely recommend this unit and will be returning ourselves in the future!

Family vacation at Madeira Beach

Condo was spacious enough to accommodate our family. Plenty of good quality towels. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, serving utensils, pots, pans, and silverware. However, a couple of kid size glasses would’ve been nice. There was even salt, pepper, and cooking oil, which was greatly appreciated. There were plenty of beach toys and beach chairs. The condo pool was very nice. The owners communicated well with our family. If you are looking for a nice place close to the beach, I would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo near the beach

The condo is beautiful and tastefully decorated. .It was immaculate and everyone loved staying there. It’s close to the beach and restaurants and bars and even a grocery store. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.
